The host was so kind and accommodating. The room was simply perfect—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. It had a great view for summer mornings and was so close to the beach that we could walk there before our first coffee :) 10/10.

Great location, 15 min walking from the Port and 10 min from Skiathos downtown. 3 min walking from the supermarket and the bus stop. The room is is furnished with style, beautiful design. Martina provided us with all the needed info and support (she can speak Italian better than Italian people!).

We really enjoyed our stay – the place was overall very clean and tidy, and we felt comfortable the whole time. The only small thing we noticed was that the cleaning wasn’t always completely consistent. For example, one day the bathroom bin wasn’t given a new trash bag, which is essential in Greece since you can’t flush toilet paper. On some days it also seemed like the floors weren’t cleaned, so a little sand would remain inside. It wasn’t a big issue, just something to be aware of. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return!

We had an amazing stay and absolutely loved it! The host, Martina, was wonderful – she personally greeted us on arrival and gave us great recommendations since it was our first time in Skiathos. The location is perfect, just about a 10-minute walk to the port with all the little shops, and right on the beach. We also really appreciated the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day by the sea. The room was very clean and tidy, the sheets and towels white and beautiful and clean. There is a little drying rack on the balcony which we very much appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Skiathos!

Great place to stay in Skiathos! Nice apartment with terrace; right by the beach; has a little garden with sunbeds as well which we liked better as less sand and people (there are also sunbeds directly at the beach), sunbeds in the garden are EUR 15 for a set of two beds, at the beach it's EUR 20. 10 min walk to the center of Skiathos, either on the road or by bus or by beach. Bus stop Nr. 5 closeby, takes you for EUR 3 to the Koukounaris beach area, goes every 10 min. or so. Supermarket and scooter rental place very near (50m and 100m respectively). We would definitely come back!

Kitchen could be better equipped, and I would suggest more furniture on the balcony, as there is room for a sofa or lounger etc. for comfort. There is unfortunately a sewage smell in the bathroom. No option to have a thicker cover/blanket in bed (just sheets).

Nice big room and very big balcony. Really nice view from 2nd floor. Communication with staff on WhatsApp was easy and efficient, when we had a couple of minor issues it was sorted quickly.

The floors could have been swept a little better, at least between guests.

Before actually arriving at the location I was a bit anxious because most of the pictures are just renderings, but in reality the rooms are event better (bigger and brighter) and with a lovely see view. They also have mosqito nets (huge plus) and better sound insulation than usual. The location is just perfect: 2 min from the beach, through a lush garden, 5 from bus stop, 15 from town. The hosts are great, discreet and welcoming. All in all it was a very confortable stay and we shall book it again.

The property had internet but sometimes it was very slow.

The property was very clean and brand new. It was close to the beach, but further from the center of Skiathos Town. The place was very comfortable and quiet. It was also safe and secure. The internet was a bit slow though, but as a whole it was a nice place!

Room and view, very good, clean with good air con. within 10 min hilly walk to town, prob not suit person who struggles with walking and stairs. View from balcony just wonderful. Quiet and peaceful. Small supermarket at top of road, easy walk down garden into beach, rinse off facility when returning from beach, alot of nice bars and restaurants close by.

It would not cost much to put more than 2 pcs of forks,knives and spoons in the kitchen. The bed was made from 2 mattrasses - the above one was a little soft the lower one was too hard. The port and the city center should be visited by bus and not on foot. On foot it takes 35-40 minutes in hot weather.

The property is 100 m from the seaside.Supermarkets and restaurants are near. The host Martina was very kind and helpful. Cleaning was exceptionally good,better than in some high category hotels.

I think we had one of the two refurbished apartments. The apartment was on the top floor. It was not large, but large enough. The balcony was large with a table and chairs which we spent time at every morning and evening soaking up the fantastic sea view and the comings and going of the varous yachts they anchored in the bay. The room felt very modern and worked very well. The bed was fantastic. We stayed twice, once at the start of the holiday and once again at the end. They contacted us before each arrival to check when we would get there and were there to see us in and make sure everything was OK. The block is set back from the beach which is accessible down a pathe through a pretty garden shared by the adjacent block. There was a shower half way back to wash of the salt and sand. It is very close the the nearest supermaket and not far from bus stop 5 which gave us access to both ends of the island and the airport. We loved it and will be going back.
