Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AlbaniaStaff is not very friendly. I understand that the facility was full, but it was hard to ask twice something due to linguistics difficulties. They start cleaning at 07.00 in the morning and very noisy when their work. I thought that Putin bombing or even an earthquake. In these conditions, i will not recommend these hotel. To ask them where to park the car was a big trouble.

SerbiaIn the family hotel Rotonda, the rooms are clean, tidy, cleaned daily, towels are changed. The heating is very good. Food is decisive. The breakfast is varied according to the principle of the buffet table, and the dinner is very abundant and tasty. They organized a dinner for us with bouzouki, Greek music and specialties. The receptionist knows the Serbian language.

United Kingdom2-3 hangers for clothes/towels in the room could be more handy. Also, a stronger lighting option in front of the mirror in bathroom for shaving was missing. The place in toilet for the toilet tissues was not handy (toilet paper was getting off from it occasionally) I expected some facilities like slippers in the room, but they were for purchase at the reception for 3 euros. Also, there was a capsule coffee machine to use in the lobby, but you had to pay 2 euros per cafe. I thought it as on the room too.
Breakfast was so good and exceeded my expectations. Shower was fantastic. Also, the room was spacious and had a terrace! Also, they served breakfast from 6.30 to 10.30 and you have some time to enjoy the breakfast (most hotels do it in 3 or 2 hours only).
