Nothing really not to like!

Great location, although bear in mind it is around a five minute walk up a hill from the main town square area. Fantastic room facilities - great wifi, fridge, kettle, basic stove, various kitchen utensils and crockery, lovely hot shower, very comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and very good aircon.

There is a school basketball court next to the building. And the kids can be a bit loud when playing. But never during late hours.

Located conveniently close to the old town, and with a beautiful view of the giant Monemvasia rock and the ocean. Very easy to access and has a good and secure parking area. The room was clean and relatively well equipped for a studio apartment. The lady at the front desk is nice and made extra effort to accommodate our late arrival. We spent two full days exploring the Monemvasia old town and the upper town (on the top of the rock) and were always very happy to return to the apartment after a long day of hiking and exploring. Also free 24 hour coffee and bottles of water was very nice.

Had quite a few mosquitoes (but this is standard in the area), fine on upper floors, but bring your bug spray just in case.

Clean, spacious room with seaside view and kind host. Useful kitchenette and lovely balcony - even had clothes drying rack. Near a school so friendly neighbourhood and quiet at night.

Great apartment, spacious, comfortable, good facilities and very friendly host. Walking distance to the centre of the new town approx 5 minutes. 20 or so minutes to Monemvasia old town. Safe parking for the car to the side of the apartments. Only stayed one night but would happily have stayed longer.

The location was perfect. 3 minutes from the center by the car and 10 minutes by foot.

My only recommendation to the host is to put a normal shower stand up on the wall. This seems to be a common practice for accommodations all around Greece which is quite impractical and inconvenient.

Very good location with a private parking which is great advantage for this area. Our host was very friendly and gave us useful advice and recommendations for everything, we really appreciate her help as it made our trip to Monemvasia and Elafonissos so pleasant. The room was nice and equipped with the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. We had a fantastic view of the Monemvasia from our balcony.

NOTHING ! If I could award Angela a gold medal, more than five stars and more than 100% I would. That's not OTT, just a reflection of our appreciation, and we've stayed in many nice places on all continents, so feel qualified to judge.

The owner (Angela) was SO nice. Really helpful and even gave us the best room, bubbly and chocs as we were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary. Her recommended taverna for a special meal was fabulous - right on the waters edge facing the rock.

The accommodation is good, although a bit retro, the kitchen has mostly everything you need, the bed is good, the room is big, close to the old town of Monemvasia, you can get around without using a car. I recommend.

We had a room with a nice view to the sea and the rock of Monemvassia. The hotel is situated a bit outside the center of the town and really quiet. The stuff was absolutely friendly.

We loved our host - Aggeliki. Very helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable (bed was not our style...) and we had a fantastic outside area to enjoy the view and warm weather. They are just a short walk out of town which we enjoy and the windows have screens 🙂. Very nice stay...we would return.
