We booked a family room and it was a fair distance from reception and on top of a hill. There was a travelator lift but it was very slow and not always there when you needed it which meant take the stairs. We were ok with that but would be hard if you were not fit .

Very much enjoyed my time at this hotel, stayed there in 2 consecutive years. The location is fantastic, 15-20 mins away from the best locations Corfu has to offer! The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful, the rooms and facilities are amazing as well. Warmly recommended!

Not too much of a big deal but if we stayed again we would ask to be in a room further away from the lift and main stairs as a lot of noise travels through the room door. The cleaners also start nice and early and can hear them talking to each other ect. They were lovely and did a great job. Just not enough sound proofing for if you want a lie in or trying to relax! The restaurant just outside the hotel had absolutely lovely food but we were slight terrorized on the terrace by a cat who wouldn’t leave customers alone, jumping on their laps and trying to eat their dinner. We were fine and thought it quite funny and cute but after a while you do want to eat in peace.

Reception and restaurant Staff were so attentive, very friendly and happy to help. The pool area was clean and tidy always.

The elevator of the villas/bungalow was slow . You know we are humans XD we came back from a certain places sweating we want the AC and go to shower fast and the elvator was so slow, although there was an AC in the elevator you beeded to stand at a specific place to feel it snice we are more than 1 person it was not the ideal. the alternative of climbing the stairs in the middle of a sunny hot day would not be a "nice" option considering we are wet since it's more than 100 steps ... but that is it overall. it's a minor issue to us :)

The service was beyond exceptional, the staff always helped their best with anything, the service here is something we have never seen in our lifes before keep up the good work <3 . Beautiful environment. The food at breakfast is amazing and delicious, the perfect way to open a morning. My son will said he will definitely be back here one day and all of us would recommend our friends to come and stay here also . Thank you so much for a time we will not forget for a long time :)

Lack of soundproofing in the room (main door and terrace door) Private pool is not heated during summer although there weren't days above 30 degrees. It was quite chilly sometimes and in the name of the room is 'heated pool' Not many options for eating in the area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, particularly Panayiotis and Angelos at reception, the attentive team at the pool bar, and the housekeeping staff, who were very helpful. The facilities are excellent and well-maintained. It is worth noting that a car is necessary to conveniently reach nearby areas; fortunately, we had one, so this was not an issue.

My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The breakfasts were very good and the dinners were excellent – everything was fresh, tasty, and carefully prepared. The staff at the reception and during dinner were very friendly and helpful, which created a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you goes to the gentleman who helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room. We saw each other every day, and he was always very polite, kind, and asked if everything was okay. His friendliness and professionalism truly stood out – thanks to him, I felt really well taken care of. The room was clean, fully equipped, and very comfortable. The pool was also very pleasant – there were always enough sun loungers available, so it was easy to relax. I am very satisfied with my stay and would happily return to this hotel in the future. Highly recommended!

The pool service was lacking. Servers should have tried the food and drinks they are selling so they have an idea about them. They were very kind and I’m sure would love this education and knowledge. In addition, the rooster wake-up calls at pre-dawn hours was a bummer. And finally, the beach directly across the road is not a sunbathing and swimming beach, more of a fishing and boat mooring area. It is beautiful with a view to the monastery on the water, but just not what I expected. For this, I should have done my research as it is not marketed as a beach hotel. With a rooster dinner and a little education for the pool servers, 5 stars all the way…

We would prefer to have a king size bed but had two adjacent queen beds which silided open during the night roll overs. The breakfast place had one coffee machine and one latte machine which caused long ques . I think some more coffee machines in different corners would solve the problem

Excellent breakfast, tasty, healthy and always everything was present. Nothing finished. Staff was extraordinary. Catherine from guest relations was very helping and guiding us to the best locations in the island. Fatma the waiter who worked in every location (breakfast, poolside and Avallo) never lost her smile and was full of energy. Our room had a perfect AC, bed was always clean. We had bathrobes and beach towels everyday without asking

The pillows were not good enough. There were no firm pillows. From time to times there was a bad smell in the bathroom, like there's some plumbing issue.

The hotel is beautiful, excellent pool, very nice and helpful staff, very nice room, spotlessly clean. The location isn't very close to Corfu tomes, but it shouldn't be a problem if you're renting a car and aim to travel the island

During peak August season, the hotel is extremely packed which makes the breakfast quite an unpleasant experience, e.g. there were more than 10 minute queues for a coffee, there was also a queue to find a table in the room, etc. It is simply not a 5 star hotel breakfast experience. Pool closes at 7 pm, quite absurd time for a hotel in summer. We almost didn’t used it as we spent the full day outside visiting the island and when we came back the pool was already closed despite being daylight. Ants in the room.

Facilities are amazing, breakfast is very complete and staff were very welcoming and kind. Rooms are also very spacious and comfy, we really enjoyed our time at the hotel and would recommend it if we were back in Corfu. Everything is super clean, from the gym / pool to the hall / rooms. Hotel’s poolside restaurant is superb, we had dinner there and food and overall service was absolutely amazing.

A wonderful welcome from all the staff, we had a medical emergency en route to Corfu and had to mess around with the days we could be there, the hotel couldn't have been kinder. Its a lovely hotel, very comfortable and clean rooms, staff everywhere are so friendly. Food is great - from breakfast to pool service and restaurants. The main pool is big, never felt crowded. Easy taxi from airport and also into Corfu Town.
