If you are bothered with noise it might be problem for you the noise from the cars on the main road which is normal because there is a lot of traffic, but it is only if you are on balcony, as soon the door from balcony is closed you won’t hear anything, so you can sleep in peace.

The property and rooms were very clean and also the host was very welcoming. We arrived before our check in time and he came earlier to welcome us. The rooms were modern and well equipped with everything we needed

Traffic, quite busy all the time

Clean rooms with all you need in the main kitchen. The property is located quite close to vourvourou and Nikiti which may it easy to explore around. 30 min down south you will find some of the best beaches in the region.

No garden and outdoor facilities, such as BBQ zone and shaded table . Next to the road. Its too noicy from the passing cars even with closed mirrors in some rooms.

When we first get into the room the floor wasn’t clean well. There were hairs on the floor and in the bathroom and we had to clean it ourself. At the middle of our stay the room was cleaned by the housekeeping and everything was fine.

My stay at this apartment was absolutely perfect. The location is outside the city, which meant it was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the WiFi was excellent. The host was fantastic, always attentive and helpful. Moreover, the best beaches in Sithonia are just a 5-10 minute drive away. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay!

There were no hairdryer, no iron and unfortunately one of the days there the water came out brown from the shower, and all the bathroom was full of dust. After one hour the water was clean again but it was a bit disturbing. In our opinion it’s a bit expensive for a place like this. Feels unsafe as well, the place had no fence and no garden, and access by other people was not impossible at all.

There are problems with electricity and there is almost no wifi, no mobile coverage, at least on the ground floor. Rooms are not cleaned during the stay, so for a longer vacation it would be unpleasant. Investments have been made in items such as double sinks in the bathrooms, for example, but basic amenities such as hangers, are missing.

Our room was clean. The kitchenette is small, but equiped with enough accessories for some basic needs. Staff is friendly and helpful, they responded to all our needs.

The owner of the place is a wonderful person, he waited for us till 10 pm, we were really late. The place is near to the road. It’s near to beautiful beaches if you have a car ( around few kilometres) The place is clean, there is an air conditioner, and other useful stuff. It was great.
