We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Rigas in Milos! The hotel is run by a wonderful family – every single one of them so kind, warm, and welcoming – that it truly made us feel at home. The place itself is just fantastic: beautifully maintained, exactly as shown in the photos (if not even better!). Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is also perfect for exploring the island. A very special thank you to Panos, who was always attentive, thoughtful, and ready to help us with anything we needed. We couldn’t recommend Hotel Rigas highly enough – it was a truly unforgettable experience!

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Hotel Rigas is truly exceptional. Beautifully modern, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located—just a short walk to both the main town, where you’ll find fantastic restaurants and nightlife, and to the nearby beach that’s walking distance. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast: plentiful, homemade, and authentically Greek. Grateful to try the homemade cherry, fig mandarin/orange marmalades and jam. Every morning felt like a celebration of local flavors, thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. A special mention to the morning server that was so happy to greet us every morning and make our Greek coffees. What truly sets Hotel Rigas apart, however, are the owners. They embody the true spirit of Greek hospitality and filotimo—a heartfelt sense of honor, generosity, and care. Panagiotis, Christos, and their sweet mother greet you with warm smiles and go above and beyond to ensure your stay in Milos is unforgettable. I will always cherish our chats about our life experiences and outlook. Their genuine kindness and thoughtful touches make you feel not just like a guest, but like friends and part of the family. The location is about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the restaurant area. It's a flat walk but it was very hot when we stayed.

The host are fantastic, they make you feel like part of the family. They are very helpful and offer recommendations etc. Breakfast were good, and as it is a relatively small hotel the guest tend to talk to each other which was nice.

The hospitality of this family run hotel is beyond expectations special shout out to Panos who takes the time to understand all guest needs and provides personalised recommendations on what to see and do on island 10/10 definitely recommend and hope to come back and would not look to stay anywhere else

Nothing that we didn't like that I can think of regarding the hotel/staff. But driving a rental car in the Greek islands is really a pain. The roads are very narrow with steep inclines and can get tricky when cars/large vehicles coming from the other side

The hotel owners were very welcoming and hospitality was over the top. Hotel had this warm home feel including with their decor and homemade food. They kept their rooms very clean and it was pretty comfortable. It’s a family owned hotel and the owners were all very nice.

This hotel is a 20 minute slow walk from the port, one block back from the main road, run by a family who show consideration for everyone and everything. The rooms are large, quiet, spotlessly clean and serviced every day. The breakfasts are superb, including homemade pastries and cakes baked by Panos’ mother. Yum yum. Panos very kindly drove us to the airport on our departure. Thank you again.

Everything was amazing!

Everything about our stay was incredible! The rooms were very clean, staff were so fantastic and kind, beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was great and different everyday! The rooms were very well soundproofed and we could not hear anything from other rooms, as well as no street noise! I highly recommend this place. It is a 10 min walk from the port and is close (less than 10 mins walk) to some of the best restaurants in Milos! We wish we could stay longer!!! Thank you :)

We had super nice time at Hotel Rigas!😊 They organised a transfer from the airport and we got a warm welcome from Christos when we arrived. The room was nice and clean, and the location of the hotel is perfect! The breakfast always was various and really tasty, with homemade pastries and the staff and the family greeted us every morning very kindly. On top of this, we could rent a car at a very good price from them and they gave us tips where to go on the island. Defenitely recommended! Thank you for everything😊

A bit of a walk to town, but if you like walking it’s only about 15 minutes.

Well presented, large rooms and the owners were very friendly and helpful offering advice as where were the best places to go on the island. Panos and Christos were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and satisfied. They even offered to take us to the port when we were leaving to catch our ferry.
