I was given a cold water for free with ice when I arrived not everyone does that. (2 times) The receptionist was helpful and was willing to help. The breakfast was too tasty.

Rooms has no lift. Room needs maintenance and the price does not reflect the quality. Not suitable for small children. It's more a single oriented stay for solo travellers. Will not staying again.

The location is fine in the centre although the area near the entrance is a little bit stressed with immigrants begging for money and drinking all day. The bed are comfortable and the AC worked fine. However the room is very standard with small tv and stations.

I wanna say Kudos to the lovely ladies from the reception: they had so much patience & they were very nice. Efharisto! 🥰 Also, everything was very clean, the bottles of water as a welcome gift were really appreciated & the location is amazing. ( plus, a very nice view from the balcony). Don't hesitate to book here a room.

There are stairs to the rooms but I had just a backpack so it was fine for me.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The location is very central, everything is within walking distance. A very good place for work and enjoying a cup of coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room was silent for sleeping. There are few choices for breakfast.

The 4-person room has a small space, so it is an incentive to spend time outside :-) Bathroom with toilet in the room (that's a plus), although the entrance is right next to one of the beds, which may not be very comfortable for someone.

Extremely convenient location: right next to one of the city's main arteries - Egnatia (Εγνατία) - close to Rotonda, airport bus, metro, coast etc. The lovely and friendly staff at the reception and in the bar/café. After check-out, you can leave your luggage at the reception for free until the evening, or sit in the hostel's café garden, order something from the bar (good prices!) or just surf the Internet. The room has a fridge, air conditioning and TV. The price includes a breakfast option: you can choose one of 6 items. Are you arriving after midnight? - There is a self-check-in function with detailed instructions.

The apartment was spotless; but the stairs (shared with a large number of other building tennants) could do with a sweep. I think that is a building responsibility, not that of the Hostel, so I can't blame the Hostel for this..

The pillow was a bit hard and if you have a big suitcase the hostel doesn't have a lift ,so I had to carry the suitcase up to the floor where my room was :(

The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and also the hostel is super clean and organised. They provide you complete information about the things you can do in Thessaloniki. The reception is open till late and you can get some food and drinks as well. By the way I checked out at 11 however they kept my suitcase while I had to go to the airport .

One of our beds was not comfortable. And they were making so much noise while turning side to side.

The location of RentRoom is amazing. You can walk everywhere, it is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and they had considered every guest's need. Bfast is not expensive but it is quite enough and delicious. We had really such a good time there. Thank you so much.

Location is perfect, right next bus line. Easy access to everywhere. The ladies in reception, kitchen are like our mothers. They are so kind and friendly. Breakfast service is fabulous. There is nothing i did not like about it. Love from Türkiye <3
