Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The House is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, is spacious and confortable for a family of two. It is very convenient of you stay in Athens or if you just want to get the ferry the next day as it is only 14 minutes drive from Pireaus. Very good choice

Very clean and tidy flat. Quiet. Easy to find. Good communication. Easy to find parking on street outside. Would recommend.

Super comfortable bed and extremely well thought out apartment. Very quiet safe apartment with lots provided - including washing machine and roof top clothes line so we could catch up on our washing after travelling for weeks.

Very kind and helpful person and the the flat is very clean and practically. You have everything you need, only the parking situation is a little bit difficult, but you find every time a place not far from the flat. With a little bit luck, even in front of the flat. The price is amazing for this very comfortable flat. Thank you!

Excellent location, it’s very close to nearby places like Athens or the port to hop on a ferry to other islands! We really enjoyed the intimacy of the place and it felt like a home away from home for a week. They provided absolutely everything we needed, even some things we didn’t think to pack such as clothes pegs or slippers! The place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Free parking on the street is also a massive perk if you’re driving. We couldn’t recommend it more for yor next stay!

Everything is just like in the pictures. the rooms are big and clean. The host is very responsive and friendly, checked if everything was in order and waited us with things in the fridge as we arrived late.

The only things that should be considered by the host, are to repair the fridge, as it cannot manage to chill the food, and to use some bug repellent, as we noticed a few crawling around.
The house, and everything connected to it, the cleanliness, the host ready to help us with everything we needed, the location 10 minutes to the subway, the pleasant neighborhood, the streets shaded by orange and lemon trees, bougainvillea, and palm trees. The short distance to the harbor, to take our ferry to an island.

The only problem was that sometimes the water in the shower was closed. If there is a temporizer, it would be good to know which hours there will be hot water to shower.

Phone Signal can be poor if one is using vodafone GR, but using the network "wind" gr is wonderful. It was a lovely stay overall.
I loved the quietness. Apartment was lovely, hot running water was of really good pressure. Bed comfortable. Host was wonderful, any issues were addressed immediately.

Contro - the air conditioning controller in one of the two bedrooms was missing, we wrote it to the host who replied to use the control unit at the entrance of the apartment to turn it on; but without any instructions we were unable to do it. - the apartment was hot (we would have expected the host to have turned on the air conditioning a couple of hours before our arrival) - The double bed and the single bed had sheets, while the bed below the single (we were 4 people) did not. Searching in the closets, we found a sheet. - Slight feeling of claustrophobia, due to the almost complete absence of real windows.
We arrived at the apartment in the evening after dinner, as announced to the host, and left early in the following morning. Pro: - Location: near the port - easy parking on the street. - New furniture, comfortable beds Thanks for the water in the fridge; however a 500 cl bottle for four people was a bit too little.

Unfortunately we found 2 cockroaches (1 in each bathroom). Although I admit that the owner is taking actions to fight the problem, since the cockroaches we found in the morning had just died (which means that a bug extermination has already taken place in the apartment), I cannot ignore the fact that we found them. It seems that due to the fact that the apartment is in the ground floor, it is facing this serious issue. Other than that, the apartment was very good value for money.
Very modern, comfortable apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Very good value for money.
