Lack of parking. I was unaware that you need to reserve parking ahead of time, so we had to find spots on the street which was not easy given the busy season.

Nice pool, although we did not get to use it much. Breakfast was very good and the selection was great and food was tasty. The rooms were spacious.

I did not like the parking; I should have had a reserved parking spot, but we didn’t. Every day when I took the car out, I lost 1–2 hours trying to find a free parking space outside the hotel.

Overall - this is just not a luxurious hotel, despite what you see in the pictures and despite the high price. Better maintenance is needed in the rooms - many power plugs did not work. The hotel is in a very crowded area and the search for parking is a nightmare. No parking at the hotel at all. Full disclosure - we did not like Hanioti. Located too deep in Kassandra and requires very long drive to other parts of Halkidik The AC was in the living room and if you close the door, it is very hot in the bedroom Poor wifi

Reasonable plus hotel. We were disappointed because we expected much more. Nice staff. Excellent and varied breakfast including fruits and vegetables. Nice pool. ~10 minutes walk to the beach. We expected it to be closer. Nice, clean and spacious room .

We booked this hotel specifically to try the spa but it wasn’t available because “they had just opened”. We didn’t know anything about this. The breakfast was not fitting of a 4 star hotel. The rooms haven’t been renovated (or cleaned thoroughly for that matter) since god knows when. There was one old TV and one old weak ac unit in the living room. The bedroom must be boiling in the summer

The location was good. The outside of the rooms and the “beach” were cute. The staff were very helpful and polite.

The stairs are kinda steep if you have mobility issues. If you have this kind of issues ask for the ground floor room. They are much easily accessible

The location, the accommodation, the breakfast. One cool.thing for this place is that it is in the shade so it is cooler that the beach.

Although it is nice to have music all day long, but it was playing late at night (some nights until 11:30) so we couldn't sleep. Also, it would be good if the play list would change every day.

This was our third time that we stayed in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is excellent, near the center but still quiet. I highly recommend the hotel.

The rooms felt a bit outdated especially the bathroom. They do not offer an iron and iron board. Make sure you make a reservation if you require parking. The air conditioning in 1 of the 2 rooms I booked wasn't working well, but we were comfortable since it wasn't too hot.

The reception and pool area are very nice and modern with beautiful landscaping and mature olive trees. The staff are friendly and breakfast is good. Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to the centre of town with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops also just a 2 minutes walk to the beach.

The location is not that pleasant, its located in a place called Hanioti, a small village , you will have to drive to find a proper place to swim and eat (mostly in Afytos area) hotel does not have its own parking, you need to find a place to park in street.

Hotel itself has very good breakfast, room service (being cleaned up daily, very clean rooms) , has a nice balcony and small kitchenette.

The rooms are definitely not like on pictures, it is necessary to renovate the rooms, or at least to put the real condition of the rooms, so people can see the real condition. The prices in the hotel bar are very expensive and higher than in nearby hotels and resorts. There is no parking, actually there is but never free so you look for parking spots everywhere in town. Breakfast rooms do not have enough space for all guests, their capacity is smaller than the number of guests so you can wait for your place to have breakfast, and to be honest for that price it could be more diverse selection and not always same. When I say same, I mean same every day. And pool is working till 7pm, but they tell you that when you arrive. I hope this help someone to see real picture of this hotel.

The Internet coverage is poor, it basically covers the pool area and some of the closer suites, ours had some limited Internet access on the balcony. On the front facing side of the hotel, you can connect to it from 100 meters away, so it's probably a very eazy fix, changing the settings or the direction of the routers.

Awesome pool, cozy atmosphere, the breakfast had a lot of choices, specially fruits and pastry. The suite itself was very spacious, and I really have to congratulate the staff for accommodating us with reserved parking and a cot for the baby. Note that the parking is rather small (I'd say 6-8 vehicles at best) and it's better to try and reserve the parking upfront.

It says there is parking, but there is not. We had to park a few streets away from the hotel. The bathroom was not cleaned well and there were no proper lights in the room.

Close to the beach and the main street. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Helpful staff and good breakfast.

Everything was very good. For us, one thing that could be improved is having breakfast until 10:30. Breakfast was until 10:00 and we were always eating in the last 10 min :). However, this is just a suggestion.
