Only criticism is that it’s on top of a steep hill, but you also have a lovely view. Everything else is Perfect.

Amazing view, very clean, close to all amenities. The accommodation is perfectly located close to Panormos beach. The bus stop is just at the bottom of the hill. Within walking distance to kastani beach and Milia beach. Regina the host was super kind and helpful. We even received a lovely gift bag with a bottle of olive oil and pack of olives. 😀

The kitchen isn‘t the best equppied but for breakfast totally fine.

Its the perfect place to stay and enjoy your seasode holiday. Its a bit up the hill vand has a beautiful view. Its quite and the rooms are very spacious. Regina is very nice and helpful by all kind of questions.

We stayed at Skalopati Studios for part of our honeymoon trip travelling around The Sporades and it was our favourite place that we stayed. Regina is the most kind and welcoming host and the apartment was absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean, beautifully designed and the balcony had the best view of the bay, you could not beat it. Thank you for everything Regina, we hope to return very soon!!

The host was so attentive with anything we needed and even provided little gifts as a thank you present. The bed is super comfy and the shower is great! The location was ideal as it was a little walk away from the beach/main road and not too far.

Everything was perfect. The studio was very clean, big enough and location is near to the top beaches at the island. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. Our host Regina is kind and good person. Thans for all.

There is nothing I disliked. The way to the place is a bit uphill but it's actually good for some exercises.

Great view - it feels great to spend some time on the balcony there. Big room, equipped with all you need for your stay. Very clean. Very quiet. The host very friendly and helpful.

The uphill walk is quite steep, so even though the beach looks close in distance, you really need a car unless you’re very fit. Inside, the place had a few small cleanliness issues (some dusty spots here and there), and it was full of insects — probably expected since it’s in the mountains, but the current window screens could definitely be more modern and without holes. After 9 pm, there was no warm water, most likely because of the solar water heater, which was quite uncomfortable after a late evening swim. Also, after 1–2 am, there are no safety lights outside the building, which makes the area feel a bit too dark if you want to sit on the balcony at night. The biggest downside though was that the Wi-Fi was really bad, which made it difficult to stay connected.

Regina was very friendly and always happy to accommodate anything we asked. The place feels really welcoming, and the building itself has a very nice vibe from the outside. Inside, you get that cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

We could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the doors were squeaking loudly.
