The mattress was not very comfortable, there were clearly 2 dips in the mattress where people had slept, leaving me having to try sleep in the middle as to not feel bed springs. A mattress protector or pad would go a long way in preventing this. The wifi didn’t work in my room, wether it was to far from the wifi box im not sure but I was stuck using my mobile data. The shower would not stay at one temperature always fluctuating between scolding hot and freezing cold. Very hard to shower quickly with the temperature changes.

Loved the location, very easy to find just off the back of the Main Street along the port, staff were very nice and helped me with my bag to my room.

The rooms are rather small and the fridge was so noisy we had to turn it off at night.

The Regina is a traditional small hotel well located in Skopelos town close to the port and handy for restaurants and shops. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, rooms are clean and bright. Would stay again.

Room was somewhat dated, and the wardrobe was odd as they had basically knocked a hole in the wall to the balcony, and added doors. We were up two flights of stairs and there is no lift, so not suitable for those with poor mobility. Our balcony was small but as we had use of the larger balcony with great views along the corridor, this was not a major issue.

Good location for people arriving on the ferry. Right in the heart of the town close to the shops and tavernas. Spotlessly clean, welcoming staff. Very traditional.

Set back in an alleyway (Thought it was in the street facing the port). Fridge very noisy so unplugged it. Bells tolling all through the night so woke a few times. Rusty bed springs in room above.

Very close to port and restaurants. Room with a balcony with a partial view of the harbour. Staff very helpful with taking luggage up and down stairs without a lift in the facility. Bottled water provided. Fresh smelling towels and free toiletries.

My partner and I stayed in the Regina Hotel for 3 nights, within a few minutes walk from the port and just off the central location. We were greeted by George, the hotel manager, who was incredibly friendly and gave brilliant recommendations for restaurants and places to visit on the island. The room was as you see in the pictures, we had our balcony and also on our floor, there was an additional larger balcony where we sat and took in the view of the town and sea. The air conditioning during a mid-August stay was fantastic and well-needed. Definitely recommend.

You need more signs on the Streets to find the Hotel from the Port, it was very hard to find.

It was very central to Town, we loved walking the streets and seeing the views, and close to the Port to catch the Ferry and Bus.

The staff and the owner were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They gave us an early check-in and upgraded our room which was very sweet of the owner. The location is amazing.

Unfortunately booking.com itself is very misleading. The room we thought we had booked was different to what we ended up with. The room we were advertised appears spacious with a big double bed however, we ended up in a smaller room with a small double bed. The bathroom also was small and lacked a window. So it’s important to keep this in mind when booking. Granted we didn’t mention this to staff as we didn’t feel the need too, as the room was still clean and provided the necessary accommodation for our three nights. This is more a comment on booking.coms advertising than the quality of the hotel.

The place is very central which we were really appreciative of. The staff are also very lovely and kind and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The property itself was basic but clean and comfortable.

Our booking was last minute, but we received a wonderful welcome from George and his family. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We also had a wonderful meal at a restaurant overlooking the sea, frequented by locals and recommended by George.

The room is a lot smaller than expected, so if you have big suitcases it becomes a little cramped.

Well positioned and in the heart of all the activity. The hosts were exceptionally good with providing information and are a great friendly bunch. Great value for money though.
