Really nice accommodations with lots of room, great kitchen, coffee provided…comfortable bed, linens and nice outside space with a sea view. Also comfortable chair and couch! And a kitchen table to eat at. You can easily walk into town for meals and shopping and to the sea for swimming. Highly recommend this place. Your bottle of gifted wine was the best I have had in Greece. Oh and it’s quiet!!

Amazing owners! We were 4 adults and a 5 years old kid. First of all It was really easy to communicate with dear Elvira and Yanni. Thank you very much for them to their nice hosting. They are always there to make you happy and stay comfortable. The house has it all. Very very clean. Location is amazing just 2 minutes to walk skala. 2 nights was not enough for us. We surely come back.

Very good location to spend a few nights in Patmos, very clean, private parking, very good welcome, comfortable. Impeccable facilities with kitchenette, Nespresso machine, kind attention to children. Absolutely recommended!

We didn’t stay long enough

Elvira and Giannis are great hosts - friendly, welcoming and helpful - and their property is a beautiful place to stay. We had the seaview one-bedroom apartment, which was modern, clean and comfortable with a nice and relaxing patio overlooking the sea. The property is a short walk from the ferry and centre of Skala, so it was quiet but still close to the shops, cafes and restaurants. We loved walking to the nearby beaches and up the hills to Χωρα and Kastelli. Even Elvira and Giannis’ cat, Ψαριλινο, was friendly and we would definitely visit here again next time we’re in Greece.

Beautiful property, lovely decorated, extremely clean, 1 min walking to the tranquil beach and 5 minutes to downtown Skala, where there are many good restaurants. Short car ride to the cave and the monastery. Elvira and Yannis are the most responsive, efficient and helpful hosts and the kindest people.

The beach near the apartment provides a lovely view but not really the best for swimming.

Hosts were very helpful & friendly. Accommodation was clean and well maintained. Serviced daily. Easy short walk to town square, cafes and shops.

Excellent apartment with wonderful views, easy access /short stroll to the main square and wonderful reception from Elvira and Yianni who are extremely welcoming people. Plus lots of of coffee pods, tea and selection of jam pods. Air-conditioning worked, great shutters to keep the early morning light from waking you up, large open living quarters and a big balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or tea looking out to the sea. A good laundry and Cleaning was excellent too 👍❤️

Brand new complex with exceptional style and amazing view of the sea. The facility is very clean, peaceful and provides all the facilities. The owners are very friendly, very attentive and respond instantly to your every need. Yannis dropped us off the port in a very hot day also elvira also very very helpful for everything. We had a wonderful holiday with our 2 years old child. We strongly recommend this place for whom wants to spent their holiday in a wonderful place.

The property has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Patmos. The apartment was decorated with taste, with modern amenities and to a higher standards than most other apartments on the island that are a bit more run down. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay; for example they bought some supplies for us including water, coffee and milk for our arrival. You can also see a fantastic sunset minutes from the apartment. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I could not fault anything, all excellent!!

The location is fantastic!! It’s away from the hustle & bustle, but not too far from Skala centre, shops and restaurants, close all amenities. Yianni & Elvira could not ask for better hosts/owners, just amazing people. Thank you very much!!

Yannis is very nice and helpful. He greeted us at the port which was very nice of him. Location was great, 3 mins to skala. Room was very comfortable, and the decoration of it was beautiful. At the room there were everything, from nespresso machine & capsules, tea, some stuff for breakfast. There was a welcoming wine, it was a very nice gesture. The patio was amazing! Definitely will stay again at this hotel if I visit Patmos again!

Elvira and Yianna were the most gracious hosts! They made sure we were stocked up on water and helped us find our way around the town. I strongly recommend staying here for your trip to Patmos. Five of us fit comfortably in the rooms, and the sunsets were incredible.

couldn't do the check-in until 19:00 but they kicked me out at 12:00 the next day on a very aggressive manner, the location is not so good on a dark road full of trash and don't expect any assistance or help
