Everything really. Amazing room, great fittings amazing location.

The room at time smelt of sewage if you had the windows closed, potentially from the construction next door. This is all that let it down.

The location of the hotel was great, it was more like a apartment hotel than a regular one. There was no reception, so no possibilities to have drinks or food from there. Room was big and had a nice balcony overviewing one of the more quiet streets in the city. We really enjoyed our stay.

Missing the reception was the only ”bad” thing.

Maria was a superb host, really attentive and efficient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I would certainly stay at the Querini Suites if I come back to Chania.

Querini Luxury Suites was amazing! It was in Old Town Chania with shops, restaurants, grocery and the beautiful Venetian harbor within easy walking distance. The suites were top quality, beautiful, modern, clean & comfortable. After one night we got a free upgrade to the bigger suite with rooftop jacuzzi & sun loungers. Coffee pods, creamer, tea, sugar, water, juice, soda, fruit, Raki & wine were generously provided. Everything you could possibly need for your holiday was provided, beach towels, extra pillows, blankets, sun umbrella, iron & first aid kit, A wonderful breakfast at one of two local restaurants was provided. We loved our stay at Querini Luxury Suites & hope to return someday!

Not one single thing to dislike!

Our suite was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained, like brand new! The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town but yet quiet and peaceful.

I have absolutely nothing to fault about this accommodation - Firstly, Maria the Manager/Host is absolutely fantastic, she goes above and beyond any host I have ever come across when travelling and will go out of her way to make your stay as fantastic as possible. The time taken to provide recommendations to being on a text message away with almost instant responses was impressive. The accommodation is in a perfect location being on one of the main strips with everything at your doorstep! We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend this piece of paradise to anyone travelling to Chania. Thank you so so much once again!! Jasmine xo

The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very well situated at the border of the old town and close to a lot of great restaurants and places to visit. We also really appreciated the balcony. The suite in itself is a great value for money but what makes the experience great is Maria! She gave us great advice of places to visit / restaurants to go to, was always available to answer our questions and was very kind. We will recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to go to Chania and we will definitely book it again if we ever come back.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The property was in an amazing location right in the centre of Chania Old Town, making it easy to walk to the nearby markets and venetian harbour. It was clean, modern and everything worked as expected.

This suites is perfect for couple ! Very romantic in the heart of the old Town ! With amazing View on the monument of Chania ! Maria is very kind and think about evrything for you ! Book it no hésitation !!! Thanks again Maria for the cake and all 🙏

Great position, right in the historical center. Very large and comfy suite, with great oversized bed. Amazing host (Maria) extremely helpful. We’ve been several times to Chania in 5* hotels. This time we opted for an apartment and we did not regret!

We loved the location of the property and it was immaculate when we arrived, our host Maria made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to give us a full and detailed introduction to everything that was available to us in the Chania region, including beaches, restaurants, taxis, bus service. I cant fault this apartment in any way. Breakfast was also included in a choice of 2 nearby cafes and both were excellent with a good variant of choices on the menu. The streets around us were bustling with people but not overcrowded.

Super nice suite, modern but cozy, with a charming balcony and wonderful roof terrace. Extremely well equipped with literally everything you may need, even little details so well taken care of. The host, Maria, is just fabulous and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, From providing links to restaurants and other places to leaving nice bottles of wine and ice-cream in the fridge...it does not get better than this in terms of hospitality. I wish I could live there for a year :-). Great location just at the border of the old town, so easy to reach by car, but then you can walk everywhere.

Everything perfect.

The place is spectacular and beyond our expectations. Our host Maria was perfect host, kind, providing all local recommendations. She waited for us on our arrival and even reserved a parking spot near the suite. Suite is spatious, has great interior design, large comfortable bed, fully aquipped and to top all that it has even a great rooftop with private jakuzzi overlooking the old city. Breakfast was organized in two small restaurants nearby (one was just across the tiny street) and were rich and tastefull. We can warmly recommend it.

We liked everything.

The location is fantastic - near a car park/drop off spot for cars and right beside a historic agora. There is no building right beside it so the balcony gets both morning and afternoon sun. You couldn’t hear any other guests or loud people outside. Maria was delightful and dropped off lots of wine and treats like gelato and chocolate cake.

We stayed for 4 nights in the Querini Luxury Suites, fabulous apartment could not fault anything at all. Maria the owner is amazing, met us on arrival so helpful and accommodating would highly recommend staying here perfect location in Old Town short walk to harbour. Hope we can visit Chania again soon and would definitely stay at the Querini Luxury Suites.

Beautiful room with every amenity needed, ideal location, and the terrace is incredible. The hostess Maria goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. It truly was a perfect stay.

The location was perfect. Everything was clean and well maintained. Maria was great host. Anything we needed or asked for she could arrange it in few minutes. Thank you Maria. If you visit Cretan, I highly recommend this place.

We liked everything about this place. We took the Superior Suite which has a private rooftop where you can find a bathtub with a jacuzzi. We used it a lot. Just amazing. We also had the breakfast included and it was a second hit. Maria arranged the best breakfasts we have ever had. In short we had everything we needed.

Everything Here was amazing. The Apartment is newly renovated, modern and comfortable. The View is amazing. The Suite is located directly in the City where you can reach all Shops and Monuments within several steps. The breakfast is in a Café some Meters distance to the Suite.good quality and friendly Personal Here too. I highly advice all guests of chania to try this Suite!

This is my 5th hotel in Chania and was by far the best stay. The room has everything you need and the bath and terrace made it such a relaxing stay. Maria was an amazing host and was on hand if we needed anything.
