Very nice hotel with nice views. Welcoming staff and nice pool and a good beach close by but they have an obsession with air-conditioning. No air-conditioning in the lobby and in the rooms they cover the air-conditioning remote degrees with tape so you can't change the temperature which is on 24 degrees and they specifically write on.the remote to keep it on 24 degrees!!!!!! I never heard of such a thing and I've been to many hotels.

Small rooms and very small bathrooms. Open shower makes wet everything in the bathroom. Small size uncomfortable beds. Mosquitos.

Drive to the city, but there was a free parking area on the main road. Just a 5 min drive.

Staff was fantastic. I needed medicine in the middle of the night and the staff brought it to my room. Really enjoyed the stay there. I would recommend it. Pool was also very nice with bar pool side. Breakfast was also great!

Breakfast was almost enough with ordinary options and could be improved with the addition of some local products as the famous Samos honey or fresh baked bougatsa etc. Having a bathtub without separator or at least curtain is a real burden! Please dont make us dry all the tiles after each shower!

We have stayed in this lovely hotel for 3 nights in a last minute reservation with friends. Two families with teenager kids, we were a group of 7. At first we were worried about if we would fall far from the Pythagorios center, then we have immediately figured out that having a car is a must to enjoy the island. Hotel is basically 3-4 kms from the center and within very easy access to main road linking the whole Island. If we were staying in a center hotel, we would have to walk hunderds of meters to reach the public car parking each day as it is impossible to find a space in that tight region. Our family room offered decent space, excellent beds and pillows that you dreamed of following the long days of walking and swimming. Even the folding extra bed was very comfy for out 15 year old boy. Staff was very polite and helpful from day one. They sincerely helped us with the dinner reservations and recommended best beaches to visit each day depending on wind direction. If you like sandy beaches, then one of two best options (both named Psilli Ammos - means sandybeach in Greek :) avaliable is in 10 minutes ride from the place. The other one is 40 kms and takes around 1Hr 15 min ride over the mountainside. Although the Tavernas on the Pythagorios shoreline are great and very popular around the masses, we have choosen to eat two nights in a row at the legendary! Triantafillyos Taverna in Paleocastro village nearby. It takes around 10-12 mins from the Hotel and on the way there you can also find a big Lidl Discount Supermarket for your needs. As a last word, you can comfortable book your place here and enjoy everything the Island has to offer easily.

Dinner options around the hotel are limited.

The Princessa was a comfortable hotel a short taxi ride from the Pythagorio Port area in Samos. Two standouts were stunning sea views from our room, the lobby, and the breakfast area and the friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Bathroom size is upsetting, it is way too small. You need to literally jump in and out of the bathroom tub because it is installed too high in the bathroom. There could have been more variety in the breakfast, and also you need to tell the staff to refill the breakfast food that has finished before you.

The personnel were very welcoming and helpful. The location was great, it was very close to Pythagorion town center. There is a great beach nearby to spend your whole day. The size of the room was satisfactory.

Great location, great beach. Acceptable breakfast. Clean enough room and bed. Very good service, helpful and smiling staff always at our disposal. We will definitely go back to the same hotel. Bathtubs ün the room are unnecessary; would prefer shower. Small rooms in the main building. But ac works great. Sheets and towels are excellent and very clean. Thanks to everyone in the staff. Great pool beds by the way. By far the most comfortable I have seen.

No air conditioning in public areas and no dinner at the hotel, but it is available at the restaurant by the beach. I also wish the rooms could have been a little larger, but that’s all.

It is in a beautiful location with beautiful views. The hotel is somewhat older and we had a problem with our air conditioner on the first day, but the owner moved us to a newly renovated room, which was much nicer. The breakfast is wonderful (but no air conditioning in the public spaces) and the pool was very nice. The beach is a short steep walk, so it might be difficult for some, but it’s beautiful.

The food really needs some improvement, not many opinions available to us. The air con stopped at 24 degrees also so was quite warm in the room.

The staff were so lovely and the views from the hotel were so beautiful! Would recommend staying here with a partner, it’s nice and quiet!

Not much varietty of food at the breakfast, almost non-existant internet, rooms not much sound isolated so one can hear everything (but the hotel was mostly quiet)

The swimming pool , although it can be considered acceptable, it was not mechanically cleaned after closing. Also some extra shade around the pool would significantly help.

Hotel was pet friendly. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facilities, in general, were clean and well maintained.
