All staff members were friendly, helpful and polite. All very welcoming. Breakfast was perfect, plenty of options that all family members were able to choose from. Great location opposite the beach where water sports were available. Very short walk to restaurants and bars and a short cab ride or bus to the main town/harbour. Our accommodation was very big, with bedrooms that both led out to the balcony. An added bonus that our room had separate air con units for each bedroom. Lovely grounds and pool with enough loungers for all.

They should review/repair that drainage system in the shower since the water wasn't draining properly.

Nice stay, nice facilities with a retro look and alot of beautiful plants that made the aura soothing. Balcony with great view. Perfect location close to a beautiful beach. Great breakfast! Nice and accommodating staff.

TV didn’t have any channels but Greek A lot of stairs or a huge steep ramp to walk up. With 2 small children in prams this got a little annoying to do multiple times a day and wouldn’t suit people with mobility issues

Great location, easy walking distance from Lassi restaurants and shops and bus to Argostoli. Good pool area with bar and decent breakfast. Nice, friendly staff.

Had to change rooms since shower wasn’t working right. Otherwise it was good.

The location was great across from Costa beach and bar , also 2 other great beaches within walking distance. Next to bus stop and pick up point for tours also! Room was average, pool was great and had good facilities. Breakfast had variety and was fine.

The air conditioning in room number 10 is located above the bed and cannot be switched on when lying on the bed. The nights were hot and we didn't sleep well. The AC did not has an option for sleep mode. The receptionist came one night and tried to turn the sleep mode on, but it still did not work.

Everything was fine. The cleaning ladies cleaned every day, the breakfast was fine. The staff was really friendly!

The hotel room was smaller than expected, bathroom was also narrow and not very clean and in general the room was worse in reality compared the photos. Breakfast was a bit poor, with not so good quality products.

Friendly staff and nice pool bar. Private parking lot for the hotel. Convenient location for the beach across the street, unfortunately not the best beach - a bit crowded with really expensive umbrellas and not very nice beach bar.

Nice pool area, breakfast is not great, we went out the second morning, (we was only there for the weekend), room top floor we was put in a family room it was OK needs a refurb, not many cleaning staff the poor lady didn't get to our room till 7 pm and most people that arrived Saturday and Sunday had to wait about 4 hours for there rooms

I was a bit scared as it looked like the rooms had been broken into previously as door frames looked a little bent but I used the safe and everything was there so overall wasn’t a worry and I left with all my valuables

Unfortunately our room was too small and the bed very uncomfortable- the bathroom door would not open all the way. They accommodated us and moved us after 2 nights when there was an opening because we were there about a week. The second room the bed was comfortable and had a balcony area. The food is mainly for those from the UK so it was not so good for us but the lovely staff and property made up for it.

The staff is outstanding and truly goes above and beyond to make the stay welcoming. I can't say enough how good they treat each guest. The housekeeping staff even made me a greek coffee when the area was not open that early. The cocktails and pool is clean, beautiful and relaxing. The location is perfect- across from beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Great location - very easy to get to the beach, shops, restaurants, the airport. The pool was fantastic, and we had a great patio to our room as well. Recommended.
