The property is built on a slope which means there are a lot of steps to go to the beach or to the pool area and the restaurant. The issue is mitigated by the fact that the hotel provided a buggy car service on site. There a major housekeeping issue on one day, as when we returned from a day trip we found that the front door of our room was left wide open. Thankfully none of our belongings was missing however this felt a significant safety issue. Additionally, our body wash tubes were not renewed and we had to ask for new ones on most days. The hotel needs to invest more on their dining services, as breakfast and restaurant dishes were rather basic for a 5-star hotel.

Idyllic location, with amazing views over the Ionian sea and beautiful sunset views from our balcony. There is direct access to a nice beach with crystal clear waters. The room was big enough and comfortable. The complimentary water, beverages and snacks were a nice touch. The gardens and communal areas are nicely maintained.

The booking system for sunbeds are very old school. The staff writes the room number in a small piece of paper and leave it on the sunbeds. People change these papers and use your reserved sunbeds. The hotel has no dinner facility sonyou have to go out for dinner by your car (if you have😊)

The room card was delivered 1h later than the promised check-in time, at least I was expecting late check-out or a complimentary drink or smth. The room balconies were not clean and the receptionist did not have information on late check-out rates. The restaurant needs improvement, fast foods were fine but the lobster was very dried, totally a waste of money. The staff was polite by their nature, but not trained. I expected more from a 5-star hotel.

The hotel is on a steep incline which means access to the room involves lots of steps. To be fair a golf cart service is provided most of the day and evening which is quite exciting. But in wet weather the carts don't run so less mobile guests may find their options limited.

Right on the beach with a large pool. Great view. Large, well equipped room. Colourful flowers on all terraces. We only wanted yoghurt, honey, fruit and cheese for breakfast, but there was an abundance.

The cleaning of the room was not satisfied. All the time I was cleaning the cups for coffee and the coffee machine. The balcony was cleaned 1 time by our request. Bathroom after cleaning was still hair on the floor

What was a little annoying was how vertically the whole hotel was built. Going up and down the staircases can be a bit tiring and tedious but other than that there's nothing wrong with the hotel ......

Lovely location , luxury treatment and service from staff and the breakfast was rich. The scenery was beautiful and the room is perfect for couples that just want to relax. Really enjoyed the terrace .

Hotel is at the beach of Agia Paraskevi, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. We spent 10 days on that beach and didn't find a need to go anywhere else. The hotel rooms were spacious, modern and clean, with a daily cleaning service and towels replacement. The terace has an excellent view on the bay area

Great boutique hotel , with a lovely staff beautiful well appointed rooms (the sofa sleeper is a real bed of 160!). The views are breathtaking the beach lovely with even a small path to get into the sea . A lovely island to swim to. Due to its location there is some stair walking to be done but if that is a problem there is a golf cart available. The beach is not private but for hotel quest there are sunbeds and nice towels! Really a hidden gem.

the music is never ending and is very loud! it does not allow you to relax on the beach and you not able to sleep in the room until midnight when it stops. the price is extremely high for the facilities and services on offer

The location is amazing. Not only is it on the beach but it’s close enough by car to Syvota and Parga. Having parking is a “must” on my list so the fact that this hotel has private parking is fantastic.

This is definitely not a 5 stars hotel. The breakfast has to be chosen from the beginning, poor choise. And you have to pay for the bottle of water, and this cannot be, even if the price is low. The bathroom is quite small. Balconies are great, but there is no chair or a minimal sitting place. Personal is nice, but quite absent.

The location is great. The bad was confortable, so were the pillows. The room was big enough, with 2 balconies, no noise was getting in. The pool is awesome and the plants all around the place are also awesome.
