Breakfast was lovely, served in a beautiful location. Included any coffee you wanted. This is great feature. Room was clean, well decorated and with kitchen facilities. Big plus the coffee machine in the room.

Comfortable room, with stylish design. Great location, with beach bar and restaurant alongside. Beach and sea simply astonishing. Very good cleaning services (everyday the cleaning ladies were taking care of our room). Many thanks to all the people there (Kostas, Fwteini, Aggeliki, Apostolos, and all the rest). You are great. Could have a lifeguard. It is a very well organized beach but without lifeguard. Also, the beach closes at 20:00 All the rest are fine

We had a fantastic relaxing holiday and a truly wonderful stay at Porto Koundouros. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, who made us feel right at home. Their hospitality set the tone for the whole stay. The service provided by the staff that followed was equally impressive – always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. The villa was spacious, comfortable, clean and well-maintained. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Porto Koundouros Beach and Villas stole our hearts. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d found something special—charming, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The villa was cute yet clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. Everything felt lovingly cared for. They greeted us at the gate, because we arrived so late and they accommodated us. We visited during super low season, and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves—peaceful, quiet, and almost dreamlike. But even in this off-season serenity, the service? Absolutely top-notch. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel like honoured guests. You could feel their pride in the place, and it made all the difference. Breakfast was a full-on feast (way more than we expected, in the best way), and everything we ate or drank on-site—from meals to drinks—was bursting with flavour and clearly made with care. Everything we ate was delicious, and the cocktails, you MUST order them. The location? Right on the beach, with sunbeds waiting for you and direct access to the sea. Even though it was too cold to swim during our stay, we still enjoyed lounging around on our sunbeds and just eat, drink and chill. This is the kind of place you go to with your girlfriends for a soul-refreshing escape—or honestly, no reason needed at all. Just go. Kea is a gem of a Greek island, and Porto Koundouros was beyond exceptional!

Breakfast is very modest. There is salt water in the shower. There is no washing machine in the house, perhaps it is somewhere on the hotel grounds. There is one hair dryer and it is weak. Iron, board on request, but they brought it immediately. The hotel bar can be closed before midnight as promised on the schedule, so if you arrive after dinner elsewhere you'll likely go straight to bed. If you need an electrical outlet near the mirror, it will only be available near the bathroom.

Very quite beautiful place with a good hotel bar by the beach. Villa is clean, good decorated. Beach towels provided. Very nice helpful workers at the reception. There is enough space/sunbeds on the beach. There is a small playground as well. Large capsule coffee. Two capsules will be provided for the entire stay. There is bottled drinking water in the refrigerator, they will add more when it runs out (the tap water is salty)

We booked for my father's 80th birthday and as they live in Athens it was a good location as was near and the facilities at the resort where perfect for him to not have to travel much. We were extremely happy with every aspect of the hotel especially the staff (Fotini was incredible and accommodating) the beach, the accomodation and the food where fantastic for the price and we had a great stay. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back soon!

There's nothing I didn't like about the place. I would say that the pictures shown do not show you the exact room you will get as they are pictures of more than one room/villa. So maybe that would be something to fix on booking.

The resort is about a 10 min drive to the nearest restaurant. When we showed up the restaurant at the resort was closed. It was a bit unexpected. Would have been nice to know so we could prepare.
