too far away from the city, the beach nearby does not have many facilities, the pool of the hotel is only for swimmers, not for families or kids who don't know how to swim, in general, the area is not so touristic and everything seems quite poor and dusty there was a shuttle from the hotel to Fira, but using a very poor car, I felt unsafe in it and it does not leave you to Fira exactly, but you still need to walk up to 10 minutes to get to the city. when returning, that is a bigger inconvenient, the picking up spot is not highlighted in any way and you just stay in the open field/street to wait for the shuttle

The bathroom was pretty out-dated, and the shower seemed fragile. The walls are very thin and we could hear people slamming doors at night. My friend could not sleep. Free ear plugs would be great, at least.

The hotel is located pretty far from the center of Fira and grocery stores. But we enjoyed the peacefulness coming from that, plus they offered free bus to Fira every 3 hours. We also really liked the quiet beach and a spacious swimming pool. Our room was cleaned every day, and the towels frequently changed which was awesome.

It was a little remote, and the aeroplanes flew fairly close overhead.

The pool was lovely, and it was so close to a fantastic beach with a really nice bar and restaurant.

Hotel and room were clean but they should scale down on the cleaning products as smell was a bit on the strong side. It was not unpleasant but you could feel it everywhere.

Room was clear with somewhat comfortable and beds. Bathroom was ok but shower was small and difficult to control. Airco was excellent. Although the hotel is a bit isolated they offer shuttle service to Fira and the beach close by was fine with good restaurant.

Stayed there for two weeks during a business trip at the end of October. The place is old but perfectly comfortable and the staff is super! They did their best to meet all our needs during our stay! There are many options for breakfast and the Wi-Fi is super as the cellphone reception is pretty bad in the area. The village is very quiet so there is not much to do there. I don't know how it is in the summer there but probably a good alternative to the crowds of the main villages of the island.

There is always scope for improvement in any service, there was nothing that I did not like based on the facilities they could offer and restrictions considering the slightly remote location of the hotel.

Location, behaviour of the staff, caring attitude and politeness, shuttle bus. Cleaners are constantly doing a great job. Will visit again if possible. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, beautiful beach within 2 minutes by walk with very few people around, an excellent restaurant (although quite expensive) by the beach, great spot to see sunrise-we did this everyday.

They have a bus which goes from the stay to Fira centre (where u can connect to any other locations) and best part is this is absolutely free. They have particular timings which are for free, if we need transportation for any other timings it’s 25 euros per room.

The hotel is located on the quiet side of the Island and away from the very busy City. There is a small harbor within 50m from the hotel there is a beautiful view from your outdoor balcony. There is a very nice Beach if you want to go swimming and again very little traffic. If you want to drive into the town it is less than a 10-minute drive you can also get a shuttle from the hotel.

I m an early person and first thing when i open my eyes is coffe...nut i couldm t get one before 7 a.m.🤪.but besides that great hitel ,great view and kind personal.

I liked that they offered free transport every 3 hours from and to city center and that you could buy a lot of things from the hotel at very good prices.i also liked that they ckeaned the room each day.
