Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomFound it quite noisy all the time. We were near a table tennis table that was used constantly even early hours of the morning. Best to move it away from rooms. Lots of people traffic easily heard.
Location, facilities. Really good for families, especially those with younger children. Staff were all very helpful. Lovely atmosphere.

United KingdomYou couldn’t request an iron and had to use the laundry service which meant you had to plan your outfits in advance and couldn’t change your mind. The room also didn’t have a smart TV to connect your phone or watch Netflix and etc.
In a peaceful area but still a 10-15 min cycle / drive to the town. The room was spacious and quite modern and had USB /USBc sockets. Lastly the staff were all friendly and helpful.

United KingdomTravel from the hotel into town is difficult. The wait for taxis is very long, even if booked hours in advance, the wait can be 1+hours. There is no bus reliable service, despite what is advertised. Even transport between the hotel and the airport is unreliable. The hotel may have an opportunity to improve this service, perhaps by organising a shuttle service into Town in the evenings for hotel guests for example. There are no designated non-smoking areas. This could be a consideration both in the restaurant areas and the pool areas. Finally, the beach area could do with a bit more work to bring it to the 4+ standard of the main hotel and its pools. But it is great that hotel management had created a "pathway" with gravel bags under the water from the shore into the sea to ease the entrance into the sea. Would still advise wearing swim shoes at this beach. But honestly, it's a great hotel. Beautiful gardens, very well kept. Beautiful views of the sunset and the hills. We would love to visit again in the future.
We loved the environment and in particular the architecture of the hotel settings. The entertainment was good, subtle and authentic. The rooms were clean. The air conditioning in our room (515) was great. The food in the restaurant and poolside cafe was great. The service was excellent. The pools are clean and large with ample room for all. Water polo nets and a basket net we a great hit. The hotel is very well kept in general. Front of desk staff were highly professional and helpful. We would definitely come back to this hotel if returning to Kos. It is possible to rent cars, bikes, scooters just down the street from the hotel.

United KingdomThe long trouser rule for dinner didn’t make sense. I understand a dress code being preferred for the evening meal, but when ladies can go to dinner in short denim shorts, a vest top and flip flops, but men have to wear long trousers, it seems a bit unfair.
Great pool and excellent food. The staff were fantastic.

United KingdomIt went too quick, I wish I stayed loner 😁
The whole vibe was amazing, the staff were super friendly. The food was great, the variety was always a bonus. The waiters would always make sure we were fully topped up. The entertainment was excellent, morning stretch class and volleyball + aqua swim was a great way to get everyone involved. Stravos ( receptionists ) was always super helpful and always maintained a smile throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just walk away from local shops and beaches. We had an incredible view from our room Overall, I Will definitely make another trip 😃

NorwayEven though the staff was so friendly, they didn’t tell you everything right away, for example mini golf is available at the hotel, you can get the yellow towels at the reception and change them every three days. Bikes are available for rent just a few meters down from the hotel. It’s only small details, but just something I would appreciate as a guest.
It’s a spacious property with the pool at the centre of it all, it’s very easy to navigate the hotel and it offers so much! You can have lunch right by the pool, breakfast/dinner buffet either indoors or outside. They offer mini golf, tennis, spa etc at the hotel as well. Entertainment everyday (except Tuesdays) from the animation team (stretching, yoga, aquagym, table tennis, etc…) and a theme for the evening with great performances! The evening show is right by the bar and outside eating area from the buffet, so it’s hard to miss the show. The staff is so friendly, the animation team (Mikey is the best) and I would recommend anyone who want to have a relaxing vacation to go here!

United KingdomVery, very small moan but the queues for the coffee machines at breakfast were always substantial; they weren’t the easiest to use.
Everything about my stay at the hotel was superb - the food was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful whether at reception or at dinner/breakfast, my room was very comfortable and had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. The swimming pool facilities were also excellent. The private beach was an added bonus.
