The property was stunning, it was in a great location. So close to all of the main attractions. Service was great and all the staff were lovely.

There is nothing I didn't like, but it is worth mentioning that there is an actual 10-minute steep hike up to Fira, which might not be suitable for everyone.

Plastiras Rooms was a lovely little haven tucked away at the bottom of the hill. The room was lovely and cleaned every day, along with towels and sheets every other day. Aura from the reception, as every other person here mentioned her, was an actual gem. She helped us with booking activities and checked up on us. It definitely added to our experience as well. Not to mention Santorini its self its really a must-see and feel experience at least once in your life.

I had a wonderful stay in Fira, Santorini. The accommodation is located just a bit outside the busy center, which I actually loved—it was peaceful and quiet, yet still within walking distance to everything. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hosts Aura and Gregory were so kind and helpful, always available for anything I needed and with great local recommendations. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely nothing was a great stay

The staff were very attentive and helped with transport when we needed it. I really liked how I would leave the room for 20 minutes and come back and the room was clean and the bed was made. Fantastic service and very friendly people.

Staff could not of been more helpful as a family run business. Airport pick ups and returns is not a problem. During our stay they helped us with transport to a wedding pick up point FOC.

The hosts (family business) were very hospitable, accommodation, helped with everything, arranged airport transfers, responded at any time of night and day, it was like family. The room is new, modern, designed with great taste, every piece of furniture is stylish and there is a lot of aesthetic beauty. Highly recommend this airbnb to anyone. We had the best time.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. We traveled overnight (a relatively short flight with a connection), couldn’t sleep, left home at 10 PM local time and arrived in Santorini at 6:30 AM local time. We got to the hotel around 7:50 AM, exhausted, and check-in wasn’t until 2 PM. We were welcomed by Georgia, who kindly offered us water and asked if we would like to have breakfast. The cost (€10 per person) was not included, but it was well worth it. At the same time, I was messaging with Aura on WhatsApp, and she graciously arranged for us to check in early as a gift. We had breakfast and then went to our room and slept for about 4 hours, which was essential for our first day on the island — we had booked a catamaran tour for early afternoon. When we were leaving for the tour, Katia, who handles the cleaning, kindly offered us two towels to take to the beach. We stayed in Santorini for 4 nights, and choosing Plastiras was the best decision. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The location is peaceful, just a 15-minute walk from the center of Fira and public transportation. Aura is such a lovely person — she made check-in and check-out easy, was always available in person or via WhatsApp, helped us with the car rental, and gave us great tips about the island. Georgia and Katia always had a smile on their faces and greeted us warmly every morning. We are truly grateful. These were exceptional days. We already miss it.

We had a really nice stay at Plastiras Rooms. The location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the main part of town and far enough away to be nice and peaceful. The staff were so kind and friendly. If we are back in Santorini we will definitely be staying again.

We had an amazing stay. Aura was an incredible hostess! Super helpful, friendly, and proactive. She gave us so many great tips and really made our trip special. By the end, it truly felt like we had gained a friend. The room was spacious and very clean, with a high standard of cleanliness that stood out. The only downside was the accommodation was at the bottom of a hill.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. It was a family run accommodation and Aura couldn’t do enough for us . The staff were all very friendly.

The only small thing is the walk to the center of Fira was quite uphill, but only about 15 minutes so was very doable.

I love how quaint and clean the rooms and spaces were. There was a little breakfast area next to the pool that I was able to hang out in after check out and Aura was so kind enough to give me coffee and a snack while I sat!

We thought the breakfast could have been better, adding fruits or more protein instead of so much bread. We also hired a tour with them to see the sunset, and we were not on time, which was really disappointing. However, that was extra to the accommodation.

The hotel is very nice and the attention is impeccable. They helped us get from and to the airport, and offered us a tour of the island. Aura was very nice. The location is very good, 10 minutes walking distance from the center.
