Perfect location right in the middle of Plaka with a fabulous view of the Acropolis from the top floor! Restaurants, shops & a little supermarket are right on your doorstep & you can walk to all of Athens attractions. Located on a pedestrian only street so it’s very quiet & safe. The 2 bedroom unit is on 2 levels with a bedroom & bathroom on each level. Lower level has the kitchen & washing machine/dryer & upper level has a dining & lounge room. Great for 2 couples. The unit is like new with lovely furnishings, high quality fittings & comfy beds & it is impeccably clean. Stay here-you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful, spacious, quiet well appointed apartment in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping and the major attractions are a short walk away. Ioannis is a great host, quick to respond, helpful with suggestions of things to do also holding luggage due to a late flight out and booking transfers.

The communication from our host Ioannis was excellent and he made the check in seamless as well as providing some great suggestions for local places to visit or eat. The apartment was spotless, modern and in an excellent location with great options to eat literally outside the door and only a short walk to the city centre. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location in Plaka. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, markets, acropolis, etc. Comfortable couch with smart TV to watch Netflix. Complimentary bottle of wine and nespresso machine. Everything was clean. Woman who was cleaning the apartments was very welcoming and kind.

Plaka House was amazing! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, just steps from cafes, shopping and a market. The Acropolis was within walking distance. The view of the Acropolis from our balcony was like a postcard. The apartment was spacious with tons of natural light and minimalist decor. There was a large kitchen with everything needed to cook, but we ate out every meal. Ioannis gave very specific directions on how to get to the apartment and how to easily access it. He was always available with suggestions for what to do and where to eat. Bonus for the bottle of wine and beer left for us! Ioannis stored our luggage while we took a trip to an island. We planned on staying at a different apartment upon return, but got stuck on the island and extra night because of weather and Ioannis was very understanding and quickly refunded that night stay. I would stay here again and highly recommend Plaka House.

Our apartment was positioned close to the very heavy entrance gate so when people went in and out the metal was a bit loud, it was not busy season yet so it didn’t bother us, but I could see it being an issue if it was frequent.

The location was absolutely perfect for just walking around and felt very safe the entire time. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

I spent a few days at Plaka House – Boutique Apartments. It was a fantastic stay. The location is perfect – the best in Athens. The apartment is super comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. I felt totally comfortable and safe. Contact with the owner was excellent. The owner himself was very helpful, hospitable, and friendly. I would love to return to Plaka House – Boutique Apartments. I highly recommend this place. It's perfect for a vacation!!!
