10/10 for us - no complaints.

We're a couple that stayed for 5 nights, and hired a car. We found the hotel and its amenities highly functional, and the kitchen was equipped enough to make soup, pasta and a few light dishes. AirCon is amazing, and the bathroom was a great size. Beds were also comfortable. We ate out mainly so it was central to Fira, and to other coastal areas. Parking was easy to find, and not an issue for us. The pool was great to sit around after a big day out and to snooze around in the afternoon. Faye is such a great host, who works so hard to make the place as great as it is.

My wife and her sister stayed at the property and when they got back, raved about everything to do with the property, the manager was awesome and the room was exactly as described with a lovely pool.

Hotel is very clean! When I entered the first thing I have noticed is a really nice, fresh smell. Bathroom clean! Kitchen clean! Private terrace has a nice view of the sea. Very good location. 15 min walk to the center. We also had a rental car and property has a free parking space. I would absolutely recommend this hotel .

The property is in a great location and the service was outstanding! From the moment we arrived with an after hours check in time, Fay assisted us with everything from transfers, to providing us snacks whilst we were outside to allowing us to stay after check out while we waited for our transfer. The room was clean and was made up everytime we left the room even if it was for a short amount of time and had everything you need. The walk up to the town is up a hill but it is doable and only a short walk. I hightly recommend this place!

Lack of restaurant/bar however this is known when booking. Plenty 5-10 walk away !!

I can’t find a negative point.

Fay and the cleaning lady are very nice and helpful. The air conditioning in my room broke down, 2 hours later a brand new one was already installed and the room cleaned again. The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and well furnished.

The property is immaculately clean and the beds very comfortable. It is excellent value for your money in Santorini and a very short 5 minute walk to the town center of Fira. The owner is lovely and helped bring our luggage to the bus station on our last day there. Would definitely book here again!!

The room was a more-than-adequate size, and the in-room facilities were well-maintained, cleaned, and working. The bed was a very good size and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and they offered to clean our room everyday. Definitely would stay in the same property if ever we come back to Santorini.

The location may be challenging for those who don’t want to/aren’t able to tackle the 10-15 minute walk into Fira itself due to the steep hill. Equally if you’re visiting Santorini you have to accept hills are part of the package!

We were exceptionally well looked after, from a late check in to helping arrange transport for us over the course of our stay. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard each day with bedding and towels regularly changed. The pool area is well kept and a relaxing space to be in.

Hill walk

Amazing place to stay if you want to be away from the town centre. 12 minutes hill walk from the centre might be a challenge if you have any physical challenges. Lots of hills and stairs anyway in Santorini. Not an issue if you’re renting a car or ATV

Nothing at all to dislike

An incredible quiet oasis just a short walk from Fira centre. Amazing care and hospitality from Fay the owner. Just 7 high quality comfortable rooms and a lovely pool to relax away from the busy centre.

Having the double bed in the bedroom would have been better, but apart from that, it was perfect.

Facility is modern and beautiful. Everything is made to simplify your stay and make it comfortable. Daily cleaning even though we weren't staying long. Coffee and water bottles at disposal. What I love most is that you are 10 minutes away from the town centre of fira, walking. And, the place is super quiet so you can enjoy your busy day and come back to a calm and peaceful place for the night. People working there are very friendly. And overall it's a great value for the service you get. Would absolutely come back.

Very clean and quite location, not that far away from Fira ( still 15.-20 min walking hill up, so car/taxi is recommended) Room had small kitchen, no breakfast was provided but could be ordered with delivery or if you are with car many bakeries are in close driving distance

Small business with exceptional staff and cleanliness second to none. Can not fault this property. Convenient to town and Fay goes above and beyond to assist guests. Highly recommend staying here and supporting local businesses.
