The host was very friendly and helped us when we had an issue. Thanks a lot again:) It was really good location and you could reach the Restaurants, Cafés, and Supermarkt within 5-8 min walk. Also the view from our apartment was beautiful.

Unfortunately the drain in the shower was Not working properly, so the water got in the Bedroom. After we mentioned the problem we resreceived more towles. It was okay then :)

Central location. Good communication from host. Plenty of information provided for restaurants, supermarkets, trips, garbage disposal, directions to property. Greeted by host on arrival. Washing machine. Living space and bedroom fairly modern and spacious.

The shower curtain and drainage in bathroom. If the washing machine was on I’m the water came up through the floor drain. Parking, whilst we did not have a car there were constant arguments between tourists and residents about parking, shouting outside. Maybe it would be useful for guests to have a sticker or sheet to place in the car to say which apartment guests are staying in. There were lots of groups of young people. They were coming and going late in the night. A group of five boys in the next apartment shouted and banged from about 9pm until 4am most nights. It wasn’t pleasant to stay in and eat at the apartment as we did one night and spent the whole evening having to shout over their noise. The main door needed fixing as bangs every time it’s used.

We recently stayed at this apartment and overall had a good experience. The location is really good, making it easy to get around and enjoy the island. Spyros was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay more pleasant.

The downsides were that the bathroom was very small and a bit uncomfortable, and the apartment could be a little noisy at times.

Our stay was amazing. Our contact Spyros was very kind, had great suggestions and clearly knows the town well. He was available for questions 24/7 and was really helpful. The apartement was amazing. It's location was perfect, it was spacious and clean.

The apartment is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. The host Spyros was great - gave us so many helpful tips which made our stay super enjoyable.

It was a local residential complex aswell as a tourist which was nice locals were very nice. It was up a hill I got very 🤜

Very handy location. Spyros was a gem , really excellent host. Left us basic provisions and great guide to getting the best from our week. Very attentive to our needs.

Kitchen and bathroom are a bit cramped. However bed was king sized and comfy.

Excellent apartment. Perfect for friends travelling or families. Spyros, the owner, is an wonderful host. He made sure we have every information about the area, made suggestions what to visit, and made us feel welcomed. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped, we were able to cook simple things during our stay. HIGHLY recommend if you stay in Zante town. Nearest shop and bakery is about 5 minutes walk. Nearest and only beach in the area (search for Plaz EOT on google maps) is about 10-15 minutes walk.

Not necessarily a downside, but its good to know beforehand that the apartment is on a steep hill with VERY narrow streets, so it's a bit of a leg work, and if you plan to come by car, make sure you are comfortable to drive in these conditions.

Liked the large space the penthouse provided. There were bathrooms in each of the three bedrooms with lots of storage and space.

Access to the property was very difficult by car. Taxis refused to drop off or pick up at the property- had to meet further down. This is awkward when you have large suitcases with you. Also would have expected the penthouse to be cleaned/serviced during our stay. Paid luxury prices but did not have a luxury feel to it

Beautiful view, quiet and private. Well appointed. Great air conditioning. Very close to main area in zante town. Wine in the fridge!!!

The walk is up a hill which was fine for me, but maybe would be more difficult for others. My father was not able to visit me there for this reason.

Location

It was a really bad experience , the room wasnt ready when we came and we were told to leave ,the only had bed for 6 and a couch and they didn’t if brings us bedroom sits even when we asked for them and after many calls at 2 am in the morning the guy came and brought us so we cooldnt sleep till he came . For the first 2 days the water heat was not working and we made many calls for it to be fixed no one came . Luckily one of my friends fixed it all alone . The walls were all dirty from the previous clients (when we arrived at the apartment their was a huge stick of dishes ), some curtains were broken and a lot of other bad experiences

The host was very nice and gave us all the info we needed in order to have the best of our trip.

We found some big bugs in the room, the property was not very clean…
