I have no complains.

Everything was perfect. There was a kitchen box in the room, the room was clean, the host was really friendly, helpful and even let me do a let check out, which I am very grateful for. There are two bus stops nearby, but if you like walking, it takes around 30 minutes to the Rhodes center. Totally recommend this place.

Small family run business reasonably priced. Host was very helpful. Well located. Short drive to Port, Old Town and Down Town. Close to main road leading to beaches and Lindos.. Highly recommended.

Antonis is a great host, we enjoyed chatting with him and he had very useful advices for us. Rooms are renovated and cleaned daily. Perfect stay! We'll definitely come back.

The location of the apartment and the staff were excellent. It was a clean and comfortable place. Mr. Antonis is a truly kind person. He even called a taxi for us, and I accidentally left my sunglasses in the taxi. Later, he contacted the taxi drivers, and the driver returned the sunglasses to me. I was very surprised. The internet could be a bit dodgy.

Absolutely loved the hotel. The owner was excellent, friendly, helpful. Maps were supplied from how to get to the old town (30 min walk, fairly flat), where good tavernas were to be found. Supermarket opening times. Bus timetables.

The room itself was spacious with proper cooling system, nice little balcony and useful kitchenware. The staff was also super helpful and kind.

The only downside was that our double bed was made up of two single beds and mattresses. Unfortunately, during the night, the beds slid and rolled into the middle, which was a bit uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the incredibly kind and helpful receptionist. The facilities were very convenient, especially the communal shower and WC area, which we were able to use even after checking out. This was perfect as we had a late-night flight and could spend the day at the beach, then freshen up before leaving. Our room was cleaned daily, which we appreciated. The location is great, with local coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and an ice cream shop nearby. Although the walk to the old town takes about 30-35 minutes and can be a bit hilly, renting a scooter made it much easier for us. Thank you for everything!

It would be nice , if there was a small bottle of water in the fridge before our arrival at the hotel , and some tea and coffee available at the room's counter in order to prepare in mornings

A bit far away from the old town.if you like walking no problem.or you can ask Antonis for calling taxi.it is about 12 euro. and the bed was squeaking.

I haven't complaints about the structure.

The room was tidy, large enough and with efficient air conditioning. The position of the hotel is great: it's few minutes by car from old Rhodes and there are free parking spots all around.

One of the best hotels in Rhodes (it was our sixth visit on the island). It’s located in a quiet, residential area of the town, where you can enjoy that real Greece feel as you are surrounded by locals. The hotel owner, Antonis, makes sure you have an enjoyable stay, is very helpful and friendly. So is his gorgeous mum. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette, a balcony with a view on a beautiful garden. There’s everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing stay - including a library, beach equipment and toiletries. The hotel is spotlessly clean and just perfect - an excellent value for money, too.

The location is amazing, especially if you will have a car. In a few minutes you find your self in the main road for all cities. In 12 to 15 minutes you are by the harbour and the old city. The hotel and the room are very clean. The room has also a kitchenette and a refrigerator. Free wifi, hairdryer . Very polite staff, the owner who is also the manager, is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

It is a very convenient and clean hotel for accommodation. 20-25 minutes walk from the city center. Kitchen equipment was enough to make something. Antonis kindly answered all our questions. He helped us rent a car. Thanks for everything 🙂

There should be a bottle of water in the room. Because the tap water is not drinkable. It is a bit far from the centre. 30 mins walk. But it was okay

The walkability. You should consider renting a car, or adjust your day around the bus schedule (which isn't very frequent). The nearest beach (Zephyros) is a 20 minute walk. Although the path isn't very pedestrian friendly.

Antonis made our stay memorable with his friendly and attentive hosting. He greeted us warmly and took the time to provide us with a detailed city map, with his recommendations for places to visit and dine. With these recommendations we've tried one of the best places for authentic Greek food. The value is great for the price. The places we were finding were almost twice as expensive, for not that much benefit. The staff are very friendly, and kind.
