Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel owner Mariana is great person and women operated business are always plus, easy check-in and checkout, A/C and fridge was great also awsome breakfast helpfull staff spotless clean room. Thank to Mariana and her daughter plus breakfast lady and all hotel staff. 😊🙋♂️✌️ Hope to see you again in September.

Balcony had no shade so couldn't sit on it when the sun was shining.
Pleasant place to stay in Limenas. Close to everything. Nice to have a pool to cool off in the heat. Good sized fridge. Good breakfast.

Central location close to beaches, the port and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious! There was a big selection of local pastries, fruit and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff.

The curtains should be thicker and bigger to prevent sunlight from getting into the room, especially during sunrise. We woke up at 6 am due to that.
It was very clean, near the center. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was very good!

At first we got the room with mini bathroom (not the one like in pictures) - there were curtains in the bathroom and everything would become wet. Later on the room was changed to a better one.

We think that a few things can be improved (it’s just a suggestion of course). The breakfast could be different everyday or at least add more vegetables/ fruits/ omelettes/ sausages/ yogurts etc. Also, the staff should consider not to check in a family with a small child in the room across the reception (sometimes there is a lot of noise in the afternoon when the small kids usually sleep in the room).
The location is really the best! The beach is really close not to mention the restaurants and also supermarkets.

The property is very close to the city center, but far enough from the main street to have peace and quiet. Easy access to market and shops, beach, museum. great breakfast included and a very nice garden with swimming pool.

I recommend Philoxenia Inn! It was really nice!🔝 -Perfect location. -Very good breakfast. -Very friendly staff. -Great clean swimming pool. -Rooms were very clean. -Every day they changed the bed sheets and towels I will come back again for sure!

The hotel was very central, near all major sights, 10-15 minutes away in walking distance from the near beach front and bars, just few minutes away from the main shopping street and yet we were NOT bodered by any noice (crowd or music). The personnel was very helpful and nice, always smiling ( a great way to start the day ). Breakfast was a delight with fresh choices each day. The pool side was not crowded during our stay and was pleasent. Did not have a chance to check the spa services. The room was spacious and extreamly clean. (Was refreshed every day by the stuff). Excellent choice for exploaring the city or for a quiet vacation. Good choice for beach hopping as well. Definetly I recommend the hotel and will come back again.

The view from our room was not good, but who stays in the hotel when on a holiday :)
The staff is always nice and helpful. There are plenty of park places in front of (owned by hotel) and around the hotel. Room and the building as a whole are always tidy.
