Wi-fi needs repeaters, the actual internet is good but the coverage is poor, I'd recommend more repeaters or routers. Also it would be good to have a common kitchen area with stoves, grills, etc. The rooms are decent, not the newest furniture etc. but it's not a 5-star resort so the price reflects the value.

We went during the off-season in October, so the price was really affordable. Location is close to the center, and the beach is 10 minutes walking. Decent sized rooms, good renovated bathrooms. Free parking below and there's always hot water because of the on-demand tankless water heater.

The bathroom was not so clean.

At the first time I was scared about Opinions but when we got there everything was OK. The report quality-price is in Ordnung. The owners was very friendly and the area is ok. The bathroom is not so clean, they could clean better, but was OK. I've cleaned alone the toilet just to be sure. It's close to the beaches and the restaurants. You park in the Street if you have place.In the front of the Hotel.The fridge in our Room was not noisy, we hade Clima in the room, you can't sleep only. Was 40 degrees outside.

It's great option for short stay. Location is quiet but close to the city center and beach. Easy check-in. No problem with parking. Wi-fi was working. Good value for money.

The owner was very kind with us. He offered us water and anti-mosquito tablets and also to choose size for our room for the convenience of our stay. He also suggested us to take our time when leaving the hotel and stay a little longer. I would definitely recommend this hotel and choose it again when travelling for this part of Greece.

The room had not been properly cleaned. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The fridge froze all our food. The bathroom window goes out to a common space, a hallway.

The staff were very disorganised, there was no one available for check in ... we were left to wait around and it was rude as they kept talking to other people and walking off. Also one night the staff were outside chatting loudly and laughing at night waking the babies... I had to come out of my room to ask them to be quiet, very inconsiderate! We needed another toilet roll and we were told off by one of the staff for requesting one! Genuinely so dissapointing, the staff need training in customer service!

The hotel was excellent. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. The room was clean, with air conditioning, a balcony, and a large, comfortable bed. The location is great, and there is parking available. I do have a small complaint — during our 3-day stay, the room wasn’t cleaned, and we didn’t receive any new toilet paper. Also, the staff doesn’t speak much English, as they are from Georgia, but overall, everything was fine.

Perfect location and a clean room! Everything functioned as expected — from the TV to the handy hair dryer. We appreciated the fresh towels and the convenient free parking right next to the hotel, especially since most of the surrounding streets are quite steep. The Wi-Fi could use some improvement, but overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Parking is the only small issue . It can be a little difficult in the busy summer months but there are always car parks available near to the hotel. Other than that , everything is perfect and we will be back again next year!

Everything ! The hospitality , friendliness , helpfulness and great local knowledge of Tari and his family . The hotel has recently had a refurbishment on all the bathrooms and they look amazing. The WiFi has had an upgrade too and it is very reliable . Perfect location to the centre of marmaras . The rooms are tidy , clean and have everything you need. There is a balcony , air conditioning is perfect. The family are always on hand to help with anything and answer any questions . I recommend this great hotel to anyone who wishes to have a pleasant and happy stay in Marmaras, you will not be disappointed !

I loved 99% about this place, the only thing I didn't like was that the beds were hard (but some people enjoy that). The host was gracious enough to allow early check-in as I arrived several hours before planned, and he also allowed late check-out while I was waiting for my bus. The host also always offered to make coffee, ouzo, traditional Greek sweets, always offered to listen about how your vacation is going. The rooms are small but very quaint, offering everything you need on a summer vacation. Refridgerator, airconditioning, blinders to keep the sun out. There's a double bed and a smaller children's bed so you can bring someone as well. There are no cooking facilities, which personally I didn't even need. The hotel is located inbetween the town center and the beach, a very pleasant walk towards either is guaranteed!
