The property had amazing views but the best thing was the staff, they consistently went above and beyond - super helpful throughout our stay! We also really appreciated the shuttle into town - it was a really nice perk being that transportation in Santorini is definitely pricey.

The hotel is almost 15 years old and you can feel sometimes its age. Maybe it needs some refurbishment and more attention in the details (furniture, lighting appliances in the room and in the common areas, finishings)

Wow. The view is breathtaking. You don't need to go to Oia or any other places to enjoy the famous sunset of Santorini, because you can get the best of it directly from your room. There no words to describe the location of this hotel and the views. The architecture of the hotel is amazing, built right on the rocks of the island. The staff and their service is really 5-stars, professional, kind and respectful. There is no buffet for breakfast but nevertheless you have a lot of choices of very good quality. Nice common swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds. The restaurant of the hotel is definitely worth a try.

I would have given this place a 10/10, but I rated it a 9/10 solely because of the parking situation. Thankfully, I never had an issue finding a parking spot, but backing out into heavy traffic every time I needed to leave was nerve-wracking for me. Unfortunately, I dreaded it each time. But the hotel was so exceptional in customer service I didn’t mind the inconvenience.

EVERYTHING! Petit Palace Suites and its staff will forever have a special place in my heart! Everything was amazing from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. This is what hospitality looks like. I am incredibly grateful for the stay and wish I had stayed longer. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone I know! Thank you all.

Lots of steps but as expected for an excellent view of the caldera (and an elevators for lower levels)

Wonderful views, excellent rooms, clean, great breakfast and excellent staff. Good restaurant food and environment Shuttle to Fira was very helpful and nice. Pool was excellent and clean. If you can splurge on a private jacuzzi, do so to enjoy in afternoon and evening Many steps (like hotels in the caldera) but there is a small elevator which was helpful.

When you put in your breakfast order items were missed off even though it was written down for them. Food was very tasty and staff were friendly though.

I only hesitate to give this place 10 stars because I want to be sure I can still get a room on my next visit. Everything about this little hotel—from the staff to the service to the food to the bedding to the absolutely divine view—is absolutely perfect. I've been staying at other hotels in Santorini for years and just taking photos at the door atop Petite Palaces. Now that i have stayed there myself, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Only a minor niggle, the local wine menu was quite expensive. Would have preferred a wider price range and possibly would have bought more but the wine I had was delicious.

Was truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and definitely my favourite that I have stayed in in Greece and I have stayed in many. The view, the beds (most comfy beds EVER), the sunbeds, the breakfast, the restaurant, the gorgeous helpful staff, truly outstanding. I will most definitely return and couldn’t recommend it enough.

However, there were several issues that need attention. The fridge in the room was broken, the wine glasses were all mismatched, and there were no proper coffee mugs—only small cups. Cleanliness could also be improved. The room needed a more thorough cleaning, and there was mold around the wash-basin in the bathroom, which was concerning and not for 5* hotel standard.

The hotel has a lot of potential. It’s in a great location, and the room had a beautiful view, which I really appreciated. I want to thank all the staff at reception and during breakfast—they were friendly and helpful, and their service made a positive difference during my stay. With some maintenance and better attention to detail, this hotel could be excellent.

Petit Palace is perfectly nested on the mountain with an amazing view of the caldera. Location is perfect, away from the crowds and close enough. Sunset is par excellence What it really makes your perfect stay is the staff. Costas and his team will pamper you and make you feel special. Food is also amazing, Greek cousin will never disappoint you and Petit Palace chef is a gifted professional.

Not a problem but something to be aware of. Seating areas outside rooms are not very private due to the architecture of hotels set into cliffs. All access is via walkways from the front. This is a common feature on all hotels of this type in Santorini.

Staff are all amazing. It's a very happy place to spend time. From the hotel manager to the cleaner they are all lovely and like to be there. The views from the restaurant on an evening are the best I've ever had. Breakfast is excellent.

No negatives.

This is an excellent property with absolutely no negatives. Whatever you ask for they have for you. The Suites are excellent. The Catamarans they arrange for you are simply superb. The breakfast is really good. Above all the sunset view from your room is icing on the cake. No need to go and stay at Oia in super expensive hotels since you can get sunset view from your room here.

Honestly, we had an amazing time. It would be nice to have more shuttle rides to Fira, so that we wouldn't have to drive (and park!) there, but other than that, everything was great.

Best place to enjoy the famous Santorini sunsets, with unbeatable views. Best breakfast I 've ever had, served on my terrace (enjoying the aforementioned view!). Friendliest stuff ever and so helpful too. And no need to sweat with those steps! They have an elevator!!!

Beautiful design. Large room and very airy. Amazing views. At first we thought the location was a problem. As you come in from a main road. But we realized it was excellent. I would not stay in the Thira. This hotel is great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They Let us look at room options. We actually liked our original choice. Grand suite.
