Absolutely nothing! Amazing experience overall.

My husband and I stayed here for several nights during a trip celebrating our 7th wedding anniversary. All I can say is, "Wow!". Even prior to arriving at the location the staff was helpful and responsive when I reached out asking if we would be able to check in early. We were able to arrive right after our flight landed and were immediately greeted by name, given a choice of wine, and they set our room up for us while we waited in reception. The room itself was beautiful! We booked the Deluxe Double Room with Hot Tub and it exceeded expectations. Beautiful view of both the pool and the beach. Even in the middle of summer, the nights were cool enough to thoroughly enjoy the whole evening out relaxing in the tub. The beach beds were comfortable, and the service staff was very friendly and attentive. We used their ATV rental service, which was extremely convenient, and every time we left for the day to explore, we always came back to a spotlessly clean room. They also provided complimentary breakfast downstairs which had a nice variety of options (I'm a huge fan of the little auto-pancake machine lol) Overall, I could not recommend this place enough.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and have fresh towels every day . the breakfast has variety of option . The staff was very helpful they organize a catamaran sunset cruise and it was the best experience we had in the island . Also They book us a buggy and we made a tour around the island .absolutely recomend and cant wait to come back .

Perrissa is not the best location of Santorini is kind far from everything, as I was with a car so it wasn’t a problem for me, but think well. I found the hotel reception unorganized and amateur. The guy who welcomed me seemed confused and rushed, just handed me the key and pointed to the room that I should go. The place that was the reception was messy and had a man lying as if he was at home, did not pass security, I was uncomfortable. At the exit there was no one to receive the key, so I figured out I should give the key to someone at the restaurant on the property. The chairs on the beach are not exclusive to the hotel it’s from the restaurant, keep this in mind.

The Hotel is very beautiful and faces the sea. Everything is very new, clean and spacious. I found the room cozy and comfortable!

Waek wifi

Price and Location were the main reasons I chose this location. It was very quiet, was right on the beach (YES, the beach chairs can be used for free by the guests). It was handy having a small restaurant attached to the property. The main part of town was just a few minutes walk away. The staff was excellent. The only downside was the very weak wifi. If I needed to do anything important I sat at the table and chairs in front of reception where the wifi was decent. We appreciated the fact that they will print your boarding pass and they allowed us to stay longer than checkout as we had a late flight. Also, our room was ready when we arrived early so we had access right away. Would not hesitate to stay here again (even with the weak wifi - price and location!!!!)

Breakfast was wonderful. Property was in an excellent location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I was always greeted with a warm friendly smile and asked if I needed anything.

Dark in the room, unless you open the window on the door, but then everybody can see you inside. No shelves in the shower for toiletries. It takes a while until warm water comes. There was a sign "do not throw toilet paper in the toilet". Little disgusting to throw it in the bin... Very low water pressure at the bathroom sink. Do not disturb sign was impossible to hang out from inside. Drawer knob fell off. There was no wifi on the first day and there was a power outage on the next day. TV screen was hanging out in a way that I ran into it with my head twice when stepping out from the bathroom. Towels were not nice and not soft at all. The freezer section in the fridge had no cover on it. Water in the swimming pool was cold.

Very good location in the black sand beach. Although it was unclear which deckchairs belong to the hotel and which ones to the restaurant next door. Nice swimming pool! Very large comfortable room with safe. Big refrigerator. Table and chairs to sit outside in front of the room. Room was ready earlier. Receptionist was very nice and helpful, she printed my boarding card. Room was cleaned daily.

the location was far away from most everything. the shops and restaurants that were within walking distance were closed for the season.
