Quiet location with amazing sunrise views! The spacious apartment was very clean and well serviced. The bed was super comfy! The deck was huge, and was such a relaxing space to enjoy the wonderful view! Great restaurants, and gorgeous sunset views, are a short walk away. Nikolas is a wonderful, available host who cannot do enough for you. He greeted us personally, and made some great suggestions for our stay. He also organised our transport from the Port. (Thanks Poppy!) We were celebrating our Anniversary and Nikolas made it very special for us, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is the best we’ve had in seven weeks of travel. Order from the menu, and it’s freshly cooked and delivered to your apartment at a time of your choosing. Home made bread was yum! Highly recommend this wonderful family owned business!

The host very kind, he gave us recommendations, what to see in santorini and texted us few days before we came to ask if we need to know anything. The view from the terrace is for sunrise, but few minutes by foot you have beautiful scenery of sunset. Calmer area with less people.

The apartment was very comfortable. The staff were exceptional. Nikolas gave a presentation about the routes and activities in Santorini. This helped a great deal in saving a lot by using public transport. His mom was very caring and went over and above what one would expect. We really appreciated their service. Highly recommended! May be difficult to stay here without a car/motorbike (we were mostly walking so it was not an issue for us)

Quiet location, further from touristic areas made this place perfect for rest. We had private terrace with chairs and sunbeds perfect to enjoy stunning sea view (you can see sunrise without any obstructions ☺️). Breakfast was amazing, delivered each morning to our apartment. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and smelled super fresh 😊 The Host-Nikolas- was doing the most AMAZING job. I could not be more impressed with his hospitality. He was helping us with recommendations, how to move around the Island and other tips. I was really sad when we had to leave as it really felt like visiting a family. I will be happy to visit this place again one more time and support this great family business

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment in a good location a reasonable walk from the centre of Imerovigli. Nikolas was great and helped us organise our stay including providing options for our hire car from the port, restaurant recommendations and a fantastic sunset cruise.

The sea view is fantastic. I’m not an early riser, but I got up at 6:00 a.m. to watch the sunrise every morning. In the hot afternoon, it’s also a joy to have a cup of tea in the spacious balcony. Nicholas, the host of the property, is welcoming and attend to the needs of the guests.

Myself and my partner have just spent a weekend in Pergeri apartments. Breakfast was included as part of our stay and there is a varied choice of food and drinks which is delivered to your door all fresh at the time you want it. The apartment itself was extremely clean and all bedding and towels smelt amazing. The view was stunning and even better than the pictures. We were in Santorini for a wedding and on the wedding day the grooms party used the apartment to get ready and take photos and our host Nikolas went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, bringing extra towels for the rest of the people and making sure there was enough seating for them all outside. Anything that we asked for from him he did and exceeded any expectations. We will 100% return to Santorini and would hope to be able to stay here again.

The Pergeri apartments were perfect for our stay I. Santorini! The apartment had a terrace and the most exceptional view of sunrise overlooking the sea! It was very lovely and spacious, had all the amenities we needed, breakfast included, and was central location in Imerglovi between Fira and Oia. Most of all, it was a family run business, and Nicolas our host was exceptional. He was extremely attentive to every detail, provided such helpful recommendations, helped to arrange transport, and was an overall extremely kind and gracious host. We felt right at home and very well taken care of! We are very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to other staying in Santorini!

There was nothing not to like

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional property in Santorini. The host and his mother were incredibly hospitable and ensured we had all sorts of comforts during our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home with their warm welcome and attention to detail. Nikolas welcomed us with orange juices and sat us down for a virtual tour of Santorini. He recommended places to visit, complete with transportation and timings. He even dropped us at Imerovigli bus station so that we could take a bus for Fira directly. The property itself was stunning, offering breathtaking views and immaculate cleanliness. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. Our checkout was at 5am early in the morning. Nikolas and his mother prepared an amazing breakfast for us the night before itself and kept it in our fridge so that we don't miss breakfast the next morning. The place was "Home" and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Santorini.

As mentioned before the terrace is outstanding... watching the sunrise in the morning, having breakfast in the morning was such a fantastic experience. Nikolas was always reachable and gave us an overview about what to see and do and how to avoid the uncountable cruise ship tourists who fill up the small towns. We felt comfortable and welcome and as well liked the restaurants our host recommended. We would stay here again.

Perfect location to watch sunrise. Loved only having 4 units in the complex. Loved the location of Imerovigli. Tasos Tavern couple of minutes walk away, as was the bus stop to Fira. Minutes walk from watching sunset on caldera side. Great area to start the walk to Oia. Same experiences as Fira and Oia without the tourist numbers. Nikolas was a fantastic host. Providing recommendations for what to see and do, and great restaurants. Breakfast was delish and a good selection. Would definitely recommend.

We are an active but older couple and the circular staircase to the loft/sleeping area was tricky to navigate at night to reach the bathroom.

The host, Nicolas, was super helpful and informative. His recommendations were spot-on. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The private patio was a lovely spot to watch the sunrise.
