A place I can confidently give 10+ points in every category. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, and the hostess, Ioanna, is incredibly hospitable. Thank you so much for your kindness and smile – the atmosphere truly felt like family. In just four days, we rested better than anywhere else before. The house is beautiful, with a balcony and terrace offering stunning views of the sea and a lime-filled garden! We were greeted by the friendly cat Foulis, who waited for us in the garden after our swims. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom with a view of the terrace and the sea were the coziest we’ve ever stayed in. Beaches are just 6, 10, or 15 minutes away, and there are beach umbrellas available in the yard. Cleaning is done every two days. Simply perfect in every way!

Charming greek stylish home. Clean and comfy. Good location and parking. Near beautiful beaches.

We thought we gonna have a sea view apartment, but we were told that we didn't send a request for sea view and that it is a subject of availebility, even if it is in the pictures of apart. that we reserved.

We had an apartment with a very pleasant balcony and view! The next supermarket is a 2 minute walk, and you can reach the beach in about 5 minutes. Parking spots were available.

We had some ants in one of the rooms, not a big deal but to someone else it might be a problem.

The apartment was located in an uphill house in a quiet area, 10 mins away from Voulisma beach. There was private parking on site. The apartment was close to restaurants in the area, such as MamaLoukia & Lotzeta. The apartment was cheap for the area.

The furniture was quite old - the mattresses and the pillows were really uncomfortable, the bathroom was quite old, there was air-conditioning only in the bedroom, but none in the living room and the latter was quite hot. The fan we were given didn't make it any better. In addition, the air-conditioning used to stop working at some point, so we needed to restart it multiple times per day.

Location was good near some very nice restaurants.

Since there is no roof the living room was very hot, but then we as a family just cant stand the heat so much anyways.

Its in very quiet place and close to beaches. Voulisma beach is amazing. The room was very big, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Easy to transport with a public bus. Its such a tiny place but there are a lot of restaurants and markets. The host was very friendly and helpful. I hope we will come back again.

Only the shower is very tiny and there is nowhere to hang the shower head. Except that everything was very good.

It’s in the middle of Agios Nikolaos and Ierapetra. The apartment itself is ok,but…

We chose the apartment because of the location close to Voulisma Beach and in the middle of Agios Nikolaos and Ierapetra. But the village has nothing to offer. And the Voulisma Besch unfortunately is the dirtiest beach we ever saw in Crete. The apartment itself is ok. But it wasn’t that clean. There have been hairs of the past guests on the sofa and in the bathroom and the beds/mattresses has to be changed. They are unbelievable uncomfortable and hard.We didn’t had a good sleep. Also there are no Moskito nets.So you need to have any protection with you. Another point we have to mention is,that we asked about our dog before and got the answer,he is allowed. After check in,we received a message, that we should leave the dog in the balcony all the time. This is not the right way. If you confirm a pet before, you can’t change your mind after arrival.

We had an incredible stay at Pella Apartments. Iona, the innkeeper, was so welcoming and thoughtful. The apartment is a very short walk from the beach, and it’s nearby some incredible restaurants. The apartment was spotless and had an incredible view. AC was so nice for the hotter days and nights. We can’t wait to come stay again — thanks for everything Iona!
