View from our room was incredible, excellent view of the sea where the cruise ships were harboured. We will absolutely visit the Pegasus Suites again in the future. The staff were also extremely attentive to our every need.

Loved the location close to Féria with plenty of great eateries a short walk away! Views were amazing and the staff was absolutely awesome from check in until check out! Maria the hostess was so helpful accommodating and knowledgeable about everything. Effie was an absolute sweet heart that was helpful in every way possible always with an outstanding and friendly attitude. John in food service was also amazing , the entire customer team were a 10 out of 10 what an amazing stay we had! Recommend this hotel to everyone

Maria and the hotel staff were amazing! The view was just as beautiful as advertised. Breakfast was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and the location. It was an easy walk to many great sunset restaurants, local places, and to Fira if needed.

Our room had two bedrooms, but no dressers to unpack our clothes. The mattress was hard and not very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our room, the view, the staff, and the service. the room felt very unique and authentic to Santorini. Maria and Elana were fabulous, friendly, and very hospitable.

Staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for us. John and Alola who served breakfast were very friendly and attentivel. Marie at reception was really nice and helpful. It was our honeymoon and they gave us a free upgrade which was amazing.

excellent location, walking distance (which is by the way vey nice walk with the views) to Fira, stunning views (i went to Oia, the views there are so beautiful but not better than the view from the hotel). very friendly and helpful staff, big thanks to the ladies at the reception. i have been to many places and islands, i truly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. i also recommend for visitors to rent ATV or buggy and enjoy going around the island. i just asked the ladies at the front desk for buggy rental and they come and bring it to the hotel, buddy was for 180 € for 24 hours which is good price.

The room itself fell short of expectations. The bed was not that comfortable and the shower was also not great. However, the terrace much more than made up for those shortcomings.

Our terrace with hot tub was exceptional. It was so quiet and relaxing, and the view was breathtaking. Also, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

- The breakfast is not great - We booked honeymoon suite and our hot tub water simply wasn’t hot enough. They technician came 3 times but it was Luke warm as best - too many papers for information. Consider making a hotel booklet with all information

Location, location, location! The beautiful cliff top views, the spacious luxury suite with our very own veranda and sunbathing area. The staff went out of their way to settle us in and provided us with useful information to make the most of our stay. Of particular help were John and Lola in the restaurant and Maria and Eleni at reception. Thank you all for making this a memorable holiday for us.

The stairs - in all fairness that is all of Fira. The restaurant is very limited. The food is good but it’s more of a gap fill. The room we had was never cold as the pool counter acted the A/c. They either need another unit or some kind of screen to separate the heated pool.

What an amazing place - we had the room with the cave pool and we loved it. Maria the manager and all the staff were amazing. Emiliano served great drinks by the pool. Lovely place to spend the day then 10 mins too town for the evening.

The bed we had needed to be put to rest or burned at sunrise. Very uncomfortable.
