Thank you for your positive comments regarding our hotel's personnel, breakfast and closeness to the village of Kamari. On the negative side of your review, I just wanted to clarify that the ceilings are only short on the Suites that have domes and it's because that's the traditional structure of the buildings in Cyclades. Also, if you are not staying to Fira, getting there without having a car or any other form of transport is difficult, because you'll have to find a bus stop and wait for the public bus to come and take you to the capital of the island. But it's like this in every place in Santorini. Not only here. Be that as it may, we wish you the best and we really hope you to find a hotel that is more suitable to your needs, the next time you're in Santorini.

Good evening. First of all thank you for your positive comments regarding our hotels personnel. On the other hand, I want to highlight that most of our guests like the location of the hotel, it is close to the airport of Santorini , at the Beach and the center of Kamari. Also, they believe that our hotel is very clean and cozy and it has a very unique beautiful and original design (you can see it and on the ratings of the corresponding categories in other reviews of our guests). But sometimes the view of our hotel's facilities and personnel is subjective and it may differ from person to person. Be that as it may, we wish you the best and we hope you give us more information about the reasons you didn't like our hotel, so that if something is genuinely the hotel's fault we can change it and become better. First of all, we kindly thank you about your positive feedback regarding the jacuzzi. On the other hand, we have to point out that your bad rating of our hotel's personnel, cleanliness and comfort is not objective at all (If you take a look at our hotel's reviews, you'll see that the rating for these three categories is close to 10). In addition, we have to highlight that your negative review about our hotel's services, is probably on purpose because when you booked our biggest suite, you made a mistake and booked it for only 1 person and not 6, as many you turned out to be. Probably, you found unpleasant the fact that there is a deference in a total price for 1 and for 6 person's staying. We really try our best every year to make our hotel better and keep our guests happy.

Hello thank you for the review We just wanted to mention that you can see from the begging the size and the picture of the room and if it is small for you can book a bigger one but it is more expensive of course . The one you have booked it the economic one with a double bed bathroom and it has a place for your clothes and hangs. Lastly the cleaning service is every day and every 2 days we change the shields towels pillow cases Have a nice day
