I did not like the beach, as there are algae in the sea and too many boats nearby . I did not like that they charged for transfer from the port . It should be free at 5 star hotels .

This place truly embodies everything a boutique hotel should offer, and even more. First of all, the entire hotel is beautifully designed, with a strong emphasis on aesthetics. The visual appeal is evident in every detail. The architecture exudes a Mediterranean vibe—elegant, simple, and thoughtfully detailed. The interior design and objects used within the hotel complement each other perfectly, creating a harmonious atmosphere. The hotel is very practical; you can easily reach the beach from the rooms. The rooms are spacious, with different types to choose from, including some with their own private pool. There are two distinct restaurants on the beach. The breakfast is rich and satisfying, with options that cater to all tastes. You can enjoy a leisurely, extended breakfast. In the evening, there’s a fantastic seaside restaurant offering both Italian cuisine and a classic, traditional tavern experience—both are a must-try. While there are other beautiful spots on the island where you can swim, the hotel’s beach is so lovely that you won’t feel the need to leave. The staff is extremely attentive in every aspect. Whether during the day, in the restaurants, or at any time, their warmth and hospitality make you feel at home within minutes of your arrival.

Everything was sublime. The facilities are clean, serene, and picturesque, blending with nature and highlighting the Greek island style. The breakfast is abundant and tasty. The spa is available to all guests (sauna & steam bath), and there is also a range of paid therapies (Alexandra & Spiros performed one of the best massage therapies we ever had). Nice beachfront with very comfy sun beds and a chilling lounge area above it, available until late. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Finally, all these would not be possible without Manolis, the hotel manager, who guided us through the hotel amenities and compensated us with extra pampering.

A superb hotel on the beach front with spa facilities which were free. Very clean rooms with all modern facilities, rooms were cleaned and linen changed twice a day . Very friendly staff and manager Emmanuel found time to take us around to show the facilities. A very new, modern spacious gym. Breakfast had variety of dishes and live egg counter.

Occasionally house keeping gets things wrong. Clean always, but some dirty glasses left here and there.

We often choose hotels for budget or amenities, but I believe we remember places because of the people we meet - not the location (however lovely it is) or the food, etc. Patmos Aktis is one of these hotels that scores the top marks for its beach access, lovely food, the spa, and if you are lucky, the cool pool. But you will want to come back because how great the team is. Congratulations to Patmos Aktis, you must be doing something very right for you to employ so many kind, helpful and lovely people.

Breakfast buffet selection was excellent! Location of the hotel with the private beach was a real treat! Rooms were spacious, quiet, beautifully furnished and clean, and we were upgraded to a suite with a private pool!! Absolutely wonderful!! Staff were friendly and attentive! The food at the beach is rather expensive, but you pay for the convenience :)

Beautiful 5 star resort situated on it's own private beach, with lounges available for guests of the resort to use (including towels and water). The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is comprehensive with many options and coffee made to order. Nice touches like bringing by water bottles to your room at night, since you are a bit removed from shops etc. You can also walk to several restaurants nearby for dinner if you don't have a car. All in the value is quite good for the price you pay, and it was the perfect place for a relaxing week at the beach.

Breathtaking hotel. We were blown away. First class staff. Gorgeous hotel with amazing landscaping and art work. Beach was right out the door and lovely views of harbor.. breakfast was huge and we had dinner twice on hotel patio. Intimate seating and delicious food. I would come back here in heartbeat! Also had great massage and steam at the spa. Hotel will undergo renovation this winter and be even more beautiful. It is a class above other hotels on the islands!!
