The hosts were very kind and responsive. The rented house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing I wish it had was a sea view :) In rest all good 👍

We felt very well at Patiria House. Starting with the location, very good for going in any direction and in close proximity to the supermarket and pastry shop (both very well stocked), at Patiria House #1 we found all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the fact that, on arrival, we found coffee, ness, fruit, some pastries, a bottle of wine and cold water. Georgi and Nitza, our hosts, were very nice and willing to give us all the information we requested, their recommendations about taverns were very good. The only thing I would have a recommendation for would be the beds, where there is room for better. We liked the terrace and the garden the most, where we spent most of our time at the accommodation. Unfortunately, we didn't find time to use the generous grill on the terrace.

The nearest beach Trani Ammouda was full of people and we search better options for the beach days . Both houses are next to the main road to Ormos Panagias and because of that they are not exactly in the Center of this village

The house and the owners are great . Clean and calm place for family vacation . I recommend this place for accommodation.

Everything was amazing! The house is really beautiful in and outside, the location is super! The host is owner of the supermarket, 50m from the house! There are amazing beaches in 5-10 min drive, you can park your car in front of the house, secure. The communication with the host was really easy and she helped us with everything we needed. Recommend!!!

The Wi-Fi had some connectivity problems sometime but not very big deal.

The value for money is exceptional. Shop and patisserie nearby, 2 minute walk. Location is near the beaches and restaurant. Will come back for sure!

although the location is good with short driving distances to many beaches it is near the truck terminal of the Nearbuy supermarket which may be a bummer

There was really good equipment, everything, what you need, you will find there. The place is beautiful, with romantic atmosphere. We were satisfied there as much as is possible. Owner was very kind and we were felt there really good, like at home. They let us there fruit and coffee and bottle of wine. There is also washing machine with washing powder. We love this place.

Unfortunately our stay at Patiria house was very disapponting and problematic. I booked the apartment for 3 nights (140€ per night), after reading a lot of positive reviews. Unfortunately on the day we arrived, we did not have running water for some hours. After texting the staff/landlord a couple of times, they fixed the problems after some time (case closed one might think). On the second day we again did not have running water due to a pump malfunction. The staff didnt tell us anything, nor they apologized. The pump was replaced in the afternoon, we found out. On the third day we didn't have electricity (reasons unknown). As I contacted the staff in order to ask for some sort of compensation for this disastrous adventure, I did not get any answer whatsoever, I was willingly ignored. On the day of check out we asked to speak with the landlords. The lady told us she was busy and that we should just contact Booking for any refund requests. After some time we talked on the phone to the other landlord who apologized and promised to send me a refund. Well....I just got the refund after texting the landlord and Booking several times. It took them 2 weeks in order to send me 150 € refund. I had to invest a lot of time writing emails, messages, etc. This is the first time in all this years I had such a bad experience in Greece. Very unfortunate. I am aware that occasional problems with water/electricity might occur, but the bevaviour of the landlord really made everything worse. If they offered some sort of solution/compensation we would have really appreciated it and we would have understood the situation. Unfortunately the landlords do not care about the guests wellbeing and satisfaction.

Mosquitos,mosquitos,,mosquitos everywhere inside. They enter from somewhere in the kirchen and bathroom.We couldn t sleep.They should spray around the house to get rid of them. Nobody came to clean 4 days. They didn t change the towls with new ones. Never asked how do we feel and if everything is ok.

The house is nicely furnished and has all the amnities. Parking is available.
