Parking is an issue in general at Paros. I managed to find a space at the back road of the hotel.

The host and owner Ioanna. What a wonderful soul. Always smiling, there to help, and assist you for any of your queries. The location, with my room facing the beach and close to the chora, where everything is happening.

Facilities were very old and need some maintenance. Hotel has no Parking.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean. AC was very good! Good location. It's about a 10 minute walk from all the cafes and restaurants at the centre.

No kettle in room Cafe not open early evening/evening No where to hang washing Only lukewarm shower in morning (despite it being a heatwave) would think the solar water tank is too small for the property.

I loved everything.

This property is in the perfect location and the staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Ioanna is the perfect host and is kind, friendly and so informative about the island and everything it has to offer. She went above and beyond caring and sorting out a particular problem I had. I couldn’t have managed without her kindness and support. The sea view from my balcony was spectacular, especially at sunset. I will definitely be coming back to Hotel Paros and this beautiful location on Livadia Beach. This is my fourth time on Paros. I will definitely become a regular at Hotel Paros.

Some items need updating. But it's probably why they keep their prices more affordable.

This is an excellent location from the Port. It has a restaurant with a view of the beach. Basic no-frills accommodations with friendly family run staff. We missed a day due to high winds, thus no ferry from Piraeus. Thank you to Ioanna for giving a price adjustment even though we didn't expect it. Clean sheets and towels.

The mattress was a little thin for me but perfect for my husband

The location was incredible. We had a front balcony room which was amazing. Fabulous views of the beach across the road. Excellent cafe at the property with fabulous and affordable meals. We were given travel advise and saw some amazing things.

Great location! walk to all restaurants on the waterfront which there were plenty to chose from. The beach cafe which was part of the hotel served an awesome breakfast, that was extra.

1- WiFi is quite shakey, can’t rely on it 2- not sure if mattress will be comfortable if I was staying longer. 3- a few steps to the room and no elevator which is normal in Greece so travel light.

I only stayed in the hotel for one night because all ferries were cancelled due to strong wind. 1- very close to the port and bus stop , 8 min walk along the sea side so no up and down. 2- I had a sea view room so the view was just great. though it is on a busy street, once you close the windows you can sleep well. no noise. 3- owner is very nice and helpful. she helped me to carry the bag up 4- when you enter the room you might feel it is outdated but it is comfortable. bed is comfortable ( I only stayed one night) 5- around the hotel are bars , restaurants and supermarket. 6- just across a beach, not the best in Paros though 7- they have a bar and resturant downstairs but didn’t try.

Didn’t like the fact that we had to asked for new towels and the bed sheets were not changed either. The front desk staff wasn’t very informative until we asked.

A perfect location overlooking the water. This hotel is within walking distance to the Port and bus station to get around the island. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful to make sure you enjoy your time in Parros. The rooms are simple and the beds are comfortable and clean. You can ask for a beach towel to use while you are there.

Our stay here was super enjoyable, it was a great location near the beach and in walking distance of shops and restaurants, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Very clean hotel with lovely vibe and friendly staff.

The bathroom was very small. No shower curtain so the bathroom gets soaked when using the shower.
