Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe cleaning of the room was a bit random with sometimes towels missing. The rooftop was a bit overcrowded. It can be difficult to get a sunbed. Some of the touristic areas (plaka, monastiraki...) can be a bit far by walk (30 min)
The rooftop is very pleasant and offers a magnificent view. The swimming pool is ideal after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

The rooms were very comfortable and a generous size - the shower was huge and the beds were very comfortable too. The room came with everything we could possibly need including a fridge, iron and amenities kits.

The rooftop pool and bar is lovely with a view of the Acropolis. Breakfast is great and the bed is very comfortable.

TurkeyBreakfast is too expensive. With that amount, you can have a great Greek Tavern experience with alcohol involved so no need for paying that amount for a below average breakfast. Parking was OK including staff but having paid parking for guests in such hotel is not acceptable. We're staying in Mykonos now, and even here, parking is free for hotel guests. We had asked for Queen bed since the beginning and what we got was a poorly combined double bed. Asked 3 times till we manage the house keeping stop by for correction.
Good location, not great but good. Having a parking facility is a plus. Roof bar is nice with nice view and decent cocktail selection.
