Everything was perfect at this property. Good facilities, nice balcony view, clean room, nice staff, always enough parking, nearby the Lychnos Beach, 10minutes from Parga Center. Highly recommend.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably, which is perfect when traveling with children.The lady at the reception was kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. Just a 5-minute to the beach, and close to the center of Parga, it’s an ideal spot for longer stays. We highly recommend it, especially for families.

A beautiful, recently renovated property surrounded by greenery, just steps away from the stunning Lichnos beach and only 5 minutes from the town center. The host, Evangelos, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful—he took care of all our needs and supported us throughout our stay. A truly wonderful person. We absolutely recommend this place: it’s spotlessly clean, fully equipped with every comfort, and simply perfect.

The Well Lichnos apartment is a brand new apartment, and it has all you need to make you enjoy your vacation. The beds are amazing the teras is big and surrounded by green areas, and what was for me very important is that the place is super clean. Thank you!

The host was super helpful and welcoming! Parking in the garden of the house. We didn't expect to have any housekeeping which was a nice surprise. Everything was new, nicely put and super clean. Will visit again!

Our first challenge was to find the place. There was no signage on the road to indicate where the apartments were. The owner did assure us that it was "on its way" but had not yet arrived. If you are going to run holiday rentals then at very least get the signage sorted (in advance) so that people can find the place.The room had an odd layout. As you entered the door on the left side was the shower. Between the shower and the toilet was the kitchenette. Not sure what the point of the kitchenette was as there were no pots, pans, cooking utensils etc. It would have been MUCH better to not have a kitchenette (place the bar fridge elsewhere in the room as well as the coffee machine) and just have a nice large walk in shower that has a door that can be closed. The window in the kitchenette had a blind but it only covered the portion of the window that was in the kitchenette. The window also extended in to the shower and there was no blind. So you could look out onto a road outside the apartments... or more importantly, others could look in. Not ideal. The view from our balcony was awful - it looked onto the back of the house in front and the yard certainly could do with some care and attention. Finally the rooms are NOT soundproofed at all. We could hear people walking around the unit above ours as well as hear the conversations of those in the room next door. Now in other places this might be manageable, but in Greece with people coming and going at ALL hours of the night (in summer) it just does not work!

A new (or more accurately a refurbished building). So the place was clean and the room neat with minimal damage to paint, walls, cupboards etc. Had off road parking.
