Room condition was poor and ask for refreshing Refregerator didn't work

It is far from the city center of Kavala but the location of the hotel is great, 2-3 minutes walking distance to the beach. Anastasia is a very friendly and helpful person. She took my motorcycle to a place where the cameras could see it, considering its safety. She suggested Yorgo's place for breakfast with a few Turkish words she knows. You should definitely stop by and taste their cakes.

Furniture is outdated (not relevant in itself) and could be more practical. Do not count on using wifi for work or anything slightly more demanding than checking FB or instagram.

The host is very kind and helpful. The cleaning was done daily, and the sheets were changed 3 times in 10 nights. The air conditioner is working great. The best thing is the location - the beach is one minute away, and a decent bar and restaurant are right there, prices are ok. Because this property is really not for a cook yourself kind of vacation, you can really rest.

The matresses on the beds were a bit too hard for my taste. Some air conditioner's outer body, perhaps on the room next to mine (Nr:20), was pretty loud during the night. Perhaps a new air conditioner or a better window's joinery will fix this issue.

Very guiet and clean place next to the beach and several beach bars and restaurants. Free parking is available. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent. The staff was very friendly and unintrusive.

I write completely honest reviews. The hotel is located very close to the Aegean Sea 3 min walk to the beach This is where the advantages end. There is no breakfast, Wi-fi is very weak even in the room. The room has not been renovated for probably 20 years the furniture is old. The balcony is small

I liked everything in fact. The room we stayed was a bit small but it was enough. And I don't know why the sea was so green inside that you cannot see the sand at the bottom. It was obviously clean but not clear.

I liked the town. It was a quiet and peaceful. I liked the staff. Anastasia met us with her beautiful smile. The room was so close to the sea. And the beach was nice. There were places you can have breakfast and dinner nearby.

The furnishing is really dated and the property definitely needs refreshment of the paint etc but it was really clean and really cheap, so that sets it off.

Great location and really nice and considerate hosts who provided us with a table to have breakfast at the property - there are 2 kitchens there. The hostess was particularly nice telling us about the place, which beach to go to and other restaurant options nearby

From this app i booked a room for two, single double bed for the two of us and a balcony viewing the sea. We got two single beds put together and the manager said they gifted us a balcony since we haven’t ordered one plus it was looking at the parking.

The property is very conveniently placed. Had close restaurants and cafes but the closest restaurant was super expensive just because they were trying to speak bulgarian there. We used to stay at the property mostly to sleep at, because our whole days were spent in Kavala. Would visit again and would recommend!
