Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

EstoniaI would put overall evaluation at 9.5 if was possible. Breakfast was ok, with nice fresh fruit, but lacking a bit of something hot, like omelet or bacon or porridge.
Nice quiet location just a few steps from the beach. Room has a nice touches like mini toothpaste, make up remover and such. Owners advice of the places to visit and in what order was much appreciated

ItalyHaving to leave.
We had been waiting to visit Greece for some time already and for different reasons we were not able to do it before, so that had created some expectations, since the moment we arrived to our hotel in Paros, all those expectations started to get fulfilled (and even passed). Our host and the rest of the staff were amazing, always trying to help with whatever we may ask them varying from ice for cocktails in the sunset to a detailed guide for the places to visit in the Island. Without the help of George (host), we would have definitely missed places that turned out to be our favorites. The installations were great, super well taken care of and clean. Plus you have sunbeds for the beach just literally meters away from the hotel, just behind the beach club. If we would get the chance to return to Paros, I wouldn't even bother searching for a place to stay, I would definitely return to Paradiso.

FranceUnfortunately, the locations is not convenient. You would need a car to go everywhere. The hotel is rather far from all the places of interest unless you rent a car.
George is incredibly friendly and helpful. He helped us with everything and gave good recommendations. I cannot thank him enough for his hospitality. The hotel is clean. And the beach is quite nice.

GreeceWe had a great stay at Paradiso hotel. It is located in a beautiful and quiet area 5 minutes from Parikia, right above Crios beach bar 👌 With panoramic views from the balcony, comfortable bed, great breakfast in the yard. Super clean and convenient in every way. You need to have a car, but there is a parking place right on the spot. George the owner is the best! See you again my friend..hopefully!!

GreeceA bit noisy due to the beach bar close by, relatively limited facilities (but this is reflected in the competitive price package so it did not bother us)
Great location, walking distance from a beautiful beach - very friendly staff. Well priced.

We loved the location because it was away from the main port, on a beautiful beach and behind a nice beach bar. The staff/owners were incredibly generous, attentive and friendly.

AustraliaThere are no shops nearby in case you want to buy any groceries . Not many restaurants either so if you stay there you need to rent a car which is not a big deal and the hotel staff can help you rent one. Breakfast could have more options such as fried eggs and bacon, omelete, fresh orange juice.
The bedroom, the closeness to the beach, the quiet area, the staff friendliness and service. The view from the bedroom is beautiful too.

South AfricaIt was fine. The breakfast was uninspiring and the hotel was nearly 4 km away from everything. It is in a very hot location and could definitely use a pool.
The location was nice but far from all amenities. It is attached to an expensive beach club.

CanadaThe hotel is located right by a beautiful beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was amazing, especially George, who gave us great tips on local attractions and even helped us rent a car. His assistance made our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit. Highly recommend it!

Travelled as two mates: The highlights are: - location is right on a really nice beach and 5 min from town - breakfast is fresh and beautiful setting with a great view - George the host is the best! Helps with everything - tours, rental cars/bikes and anything else you could need - can’t fault the stay and will stay here again if we come back to Paros

United KingdomThe only thing that I found challenging ( not hotel's fault) was that there was not one mini market or small shop where you could buy any snacks or even water to go through the hot day. You needed to hire a car to go to Paros from Marcello beach, where the hotel was, or you had to go by a small boat costing 6EUR/person which was available every half an hour from 9:45 am until 7:30pm.
The room was cosy, clean with an air conditioner and a small fridge. The wifi was fast wirh no interruptions.By the time we had our breakfast, our room was cleaned , all towels changed, and the bed was done nicely. The personnel was friendly and polite. Jorgua was extremely nice, helpful, and always there to advise and guide for everything you need. The environment where you could sit for breakfast was beautiful , very peaceful and with a sea view. Me and my sister had the best time. The hotel was almost on the beach. The sea and the sand were one of the best I have been in Greece.

Switzerland-
The staff was incredibly nice and took their time to explain everything to us and give us recommendations about what to do. They were also very helpful when they found out we couldn't drive and gave us a ton of water so we wouldn't have to carry it all the way from the city. It's also right in front of the beach and our two favourite restaurants were in the immediate vicinity. They made reservations for us and organized the transfer to and from the hotel as well. Breakfast was also great with a nice variety of foods/drinks and the best views of the sea. There wouldn't have been a better place to stay at. 10/10 would come again.

United StatesIt was all perfect!
We loved our stay at Paradiso. Such a cute beautiful hotel that is so conveniently located by the best beach in Paros. The beach has everything, beach club, rentals, public space, great food and crystal blue water. To us it was the best area we saw in Paros and George goes above and beyond to help guests. Hotel is also very clean and there is free parking. I would recommend you have a car since Paros is spread out and the hotel is located on a hill. Also the rooms are updated but the pics on booking aren’t so it was such a pleasant surprise when we saw our room in real life. Thank you George and family, we will come back!

SwitzerlandEven though the breakfast was good, the choice of food was somehow limited. Other than that, all the rest was great!
We had a great stay. George was very helpful and kind. He helped us rent a car, which was delivered directly to the hotel. He also arranged that we could return the car directly at the port. He also gave us some tips on places to visit on the island. The hotel is very close to Krios beach. There is the public free beach and the private section where you can rent sunbeds. The room was comfortable and had a small fridge, which is quite practical when you have kids. The breakfast was good and tasty. Our stay was very relaxing and we would definitely book again if we come back to Paros. Thank you George!
