Very warm and helpful staff, very clean room.

The bathroom could be more convenient.

I really love the location and the staff were very kind and helpful. I and a wonderful stay the property had the basics that I needed in the price point that I needed. Very appreciated and had a wonderful stay.

The walls were a bit thin but the young people staying in the room next door were loud. Not the properties fault just young people learning.

A very quiet location behind a complex that caters for the 18-30 crowd but there was little or no noise transfer. Very relaxed atmosphere generated by Evi and her small team. She arranged for us to change rooms after the first night and could not have been more helpful. Beautiful spot, close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Bus service to Chora is exceptional and only 2 euros per trip!

We enjoyed pretty much every minute of our stay. Ios is a wonderful island and we will be goiing back.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The location is great - near the beach, near the bus stop so good for getting transport to port or other pasta of island Room is very clean. Clean towels daily and bed made/bins emptied daily. Its small & traditional Greek design which I liked

Not so much “didn’t like” but the bathroom and shower are very small so maybe a struggle for some people. I could work with it so no issue for me but if you like a big walk in shower and a roomy bathroom this wouldn’t suit you

Fantastic location

The staff where amazing and perfect location

The staff is really great and always offer some help. Breakfast was cooked in the spot by the host, and it was incredible. Eden Room is just across the street to the beach, and yet is far from all the party of the farout. Although it was a bit expensieve, it was a good place to stay and really enjoyed it, i would definetly come back. One morning I had an issue with the drain system, and the host fixed it rightaway.

The lady running the place was so lovely and was always around if we need her. There was a great selection of drinks to buy at any time as well. It was only a minute walk away from Far Out beach club, and there was a bus stop not far where you could catch a bus into the main town - overall you could not as for a better location

The bathroom was a little small and the shower would flood it.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this property. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and made us feel incredibly welcome. The convenience of its location to both the beach and the bus stop was a big plus. We couldn't recommend this place more highly!

The host was the nicest lady ever!! Bus station and beach are right next to the hotel.

We had to wait until 5pm to check in, even though they said we could check in at 2pm and they’ll be ready shortly. But it’s understandable we went during high season.

The location was steps away from the beach and the owners were so so so sweet.

The rooms were small, beds were not comfy and the washroom was tiny.

The property was beautiful, tucked away like a little oasis but an extremely good location - a minute walk from the main Mylopotas Beach. Despite being next to Far Put Beach Club, no noise was heard during any part of the day. The host, Evie, was a beautiful, caring and respectful host and we were made to feel so welcomed and at home during our stay. It was so enjoyable we were considering cancelling our next destination to stay longer at Eden Ios Rooms. The rooms are well air conditioned, reasonably spacious, cleaned each day and mosquito protocols are implemented. There is breakfast and juice offered each day and there is a drinking water tap right outside the property which is rare in Ios. This stay was the best we have ever experienced and would highly recommend anyone going to Ios to come here. Thank you!!

There were no concerns with the property

Evanthia and her husband were so very nice to me, they made the stay better. I didnt get much sleep due a minor mattress issue but they were more than happy to change my room straight away. They made a great breakfast and the garden at the property is delightful. Overall a good stay, good location 2mins to the beach and bus stop.

The rooms were a little cramped and really could do with mosquito nets for the bed, although they do provide mosquito plug ins and spray. It is good for the cost, as everything is quite overpriced in ios.
