since i self cater i asked how the stoves worked. she couldnt get it to work in the allocated room or in the next offered room. finally she upgraded me to a seaview room where the stoves (and bonus oven) worked. so checkin took a while but i ended up with a nicer room at no extra charge.

the housekeeper was there when i arrived. the room was very large and spacious. a proper kitchen generously provided with oil, salt, pepper. linens were fresh and clean. parking is convenient. area is super quiet but a 5min walk down to lentas village will be tavernas, small beach and convenience shops. they accommodated my request for early checkin at 11:00. since i stayed 1 night, i paid at check-in and checkout early next morning i just left the key in the door.

The host was very friendly and the accomodation was very good. Especially the big rooftop, where you can watch falling stars, while lying on sunbeds. We saw the Perseiden on the beautiful night sky. You can improve your fitness by walking the small path down and up to the sea and Lentas village.

I would have preferred a room on the front of the building but #13 sufficed us just fine.

Lentas is a small but beautiful village on the south side of Crete. Pantheon Studios does not have a pool and I knew this when I booked so we made use of the very pleasing stony beach (3 minute drive away or a HOT 20 minute walk in July) by renting some loungers and swimming. There was a lady who delivered beverages as we relaxed! Bonus indeed....! The studio (13) is not on the front of the building but is very big, clean and comfortable and in a very quiet place. It could definitely fit more than two people as it has a pullout couch bed.. There is olive oil by Marta's husband which is delicious and we were graciously given a bottle to take with us - efharisto, Marta! As others have mentioned, we should have stayed longer!

You do need a car to go into Lendas but without your own car you are anyway not likely to visit the place.

We had a great time in Pantheon Studios in a Seaview Studio up the hill with a nice terrace. We felt like home and were enjoying the great hospitality of the host and staff. We made the way down to Lentas by feet like 15 minutes. The rental car had a perfect parking spot on the property. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, the WiFi ok. We will come again.

Beds a bit too hard for us. We missed an individual bed light to read our book.

Spacious studio very well equiped. Big wardrobes and everything you need to cook. We were in a studio at the back but still had a nice little terrace with table and chairs. The place is very quiet. And it's only some minutes walking down to the village/beach where you can find several restaurants/bars. We only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed longer :)

Set up above the pretty village, yet within easy reach. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The front rooms offer fantastic views. Lentas has everything you need for a laid back break mixed with history and adventure. There are some great walks and gorge nearby and 3 beaches in Lentas all with a different atmosphere.
