We appreciated most the room cleanliness, the sea view and the attention and warmth of the hosts. In addition the hotel is quite close to the beach and to the restaurants area. Plenty of parking spots nearby but you can also get one just in front of the hotel. The coffee from the bar is really great as Iannis is a passionate barista.

The hotel has a bit bad isolation, you can hear kids shouting or crying in room next door in the middle of the night. Also, terrace is next to side room terrace so there is not much privacy.

The hotel is fantastic. Everything is beautifully arranged, tidy, and clean. The room has everything you need to enjoy your summer vacation. The hosts are wonderful and do their best to make you feel at home. Our child got sick two days before the end of our stay, and we had to leave early, yet the hosts didn’t charge us for the last two reserved days at all. There’s also a cafe within the hotel that serves excellent cocktails and coffee. Without a doubt, the best hotel and service in Neoi Poroi.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and stylishly decorated, the beachfront location was unbeatable, and our hosts were absolutely fantastic - always warm, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Being able to park in front of the hotel was really convenient. Highly recommended!

Everything is just perfect! Beautiful brand new hotel with modern design and attention to detail, extremely clean and comfortable rooms, balcony with fantastic sea view, cosy bar in the lobby. The location is great, in a quiet area just a few steps from the sandy beach with crystal clear shallow waters and close to everything you might need. And most important – the owners: wonderful hosts, very welcoming and incredibly friendly, always ready to help and recommend places to go, impeccable service. Definitely we will come again. We strongly recommend it!

I had high expectations for this hotel, and they were exceeded in every way. The cleanliness and the level of service provided by the staff were absolutely outstanding. The architecture and design, both interior and exterior, are stunning, with beautiful attention to detail throughout the entire property. The hotel also has a bar that serves amazing cocktails, which can be delivered to your room upon request. Every room offers a direct view of the sea, but the deluxe suite on the top floor is a truly special experience, especially if you’re visiting as a couple. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed at that looks even better in person than in photos—pictures simply can’t capture the breathtaking views and the atmosphere. Without a doubt, the best hotel in the region. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place, perfected to the smallest detail! Yannis is the perfect host, smiling and always ready to give the best place to go for eat or beach. His attitude towards guests is the best possible! The rooms are clean, the terrace is large with a wonderful view! Beach a few steps from your room. The place is at the end of Neoi Poroi and is quiet and peaceful! Parking is convenient and free! Everything was up to par! I will gladly recommend! We'll be there again soon!
