Lots of stairs - but that was to be expected due to the nature of the building - well worth the effort.

An amazing experience. Suites are built into the side of the cliff face with outstanding views. All staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The perfect stay - excellent location. (Photos show view from the balcony - super sunsets!)

The location and view were amazing! The staff were incredible - super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way from bringing our luggage to our rooms to the service at breakfast each morning. We could not recommend this place enough, I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had the most perfect stay at Panorama Suites. The view was spectacular. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. The suite was modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool area was a great place to relax. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful if we needed transport, restaurant recommendations or anything else. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The stairs are a lot but keeps you fit!

The location was excellent. Walk straight into the heart of Fira. The staff was excellent. Very helpful, pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning and best we had during our holidays in Europe.

The view was amazing, but the staff made it exceptional. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning by the pool with views of the caldera. The location is near everything, but an escape from the crowds on the street.

Amazing boutique hotel with spectacular views over the caldera. Modern spacious rooms with good air-conditioning. Lovely pool with stunning views. Fabulous breakfast and the pool bar staff are very friendly. Definitely a hotel to put on your bucket list.

Just an excellent stay at Panorama. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too hard. The location was superb. The pool was awesome. The room was great. Did I say how awesome the staff were! Would stay here again as a first choice.

There were a lot of stairs up and down to the suites, which is expected in Santorini!

Location was fantastic, a beautiful view and lovely room overlooking to pool. Breast was great and staff were kind. Having workers carry your bag down the many stairs was helpful!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with unparalleled views of the Caldera. The studio was clean, comfortable and modern and the balcony provided the best possible vantage point for a sunset over Fira. The staff were also incredibly attentive and friendly.

The room was perfect, comfortable, clean and more than we hoped for. Breakfast included was delicious, good choices and wonderful service. The maid found my earring and kept our room so tidy and comfortable. When we left, our suitcases were carried to the top which was so appreciated. All the staff were helpful. Friendly and caring.
