Beautiful location, excellent stay and the balcony jacuzzi with sunset view will leave unforgettable memories, 100% recommend and if I ever come back to Santorini I wouldn’t look for a different place. I can’t brag enough about the staff, which makes you feel like you’re part of the family.

Beautiful location, walking distance to Oia and yet, away from the madness and crowds. Amazing views from the hotel and almost direct access to the hiking path along the ridge of the caldera, from where you had 360° breathtaking views. Great local restaurants just minutes away. We had a fantastic dinner at Meze Meze in the heart of the old Finikia village and also worth trying breakfast at Finikia restaurant. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. The room and bed were really comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated and had all you needed. Zoe our host was great and made us feel so welcome! Thank you!

Amazing sunset view from our balcony with jaccuzi. Zoe and Nykos were very friendly, welcoming and gave us great recommandations including the Finikia restaurant accessible by walk. It was romantic and relaxing. Great and effective communication via WhatsApp. We highly recommend it to couples.

The spa was hidden slightly from the sunset view although we could still see it from our balcony outside of it so it wasn't a big deal.

Our hosts Zoe and Nikos were amazing and so accommodating with all our needs. The spa was lovely and we could see the sunset from our balcony. Would highly recommend.

The space for shower was very small.

The host was very cordial and cooperative. She started communicating with us even before our arrival. We arrived almost after 11 pm, and she stayed awake to receive us and helped us with the luggage and many other things. She proposed the places to visit and fun activities nearby.

It was amazing!!! The hotel is nicely located, 15m walk to centre of Oia or you can take a bus leaving from just across the street. The studio itself was really cute and comfortable. But the special mention needs to go to Zoe (I am not sure if she's the owner or a manager) for all her kindness and helpfulness. Absolutely wonderful person who made our stay even nicer!!!

Couldn't ask for a better host. She contacted us on WhatsApp a week before our arrival to give us directions and any info we needed. During our stay, she was very responsive to all the questions we had. Super easy to get to on 2€ bus from Fira, it stops right opposite. Place was clean and comfortable. Had a stunning view from our room, pictures attached.

Public transportation is a bit inconvenient, but other positives make up for it.

The host was really kind. He was really attentive until we arrived and even communicated with us via messenger to take care of everything. Oia Village was also close and the sunset in particular was really beautiful.

The flat door is difficult to lock.

There is an incredibly beautiful hiking route right after Sunset Paradise, turning left to Fira for 10km and right to Oia center in 15 minutes.

There was no microwave.

The location of this property is in Finikia, about a 15-20 minute walk to Oia. It’s peaceful and quiet. You have to walk uphill and take the stairs to get to the rooms— it’s a bit of an exercise. The room was clean and modern, had a kitchenette complete with utensils, and had a big bottle of cold water in the fridge. The bathroom has a big sink, small shampoo bottles, and body wash. The bath towels are okay but could be thicker. Zoe was a fantastic host. She communicated every step of the way, from booking to checkout. She also gave great recommendations and tips to make my holiday experience more enjoyable.

I really enjoyed the location of this property. It provides a magnificent view of Oia and the sunset. The property was clean and we were well provided for the whole time. Zoe was incredibly helpful the entire time and helped us with communicating to us how to get to the property from when we arrived all the way until the end with organising how to get to the airport at the end.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The view is beautiful, the space is clean, and the kitchenette is well-equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking. The location is also very convenient—right next to the bus stop and close to the scenic Oia-Fira hiking trail. Oia itself is just a pleasant 15–20 minute walk away. But what truly made our experience exceptional was Zoe, the host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Zoe was incredibly helpful, always polite, and genuinely friendly. Her attention and care really set this place apart. Thank you, Zoe, for your hospitality!.

We are in love with this place!!! The location is amazing, close to Oia, restaurants and bus station in the same street. To be honest, the best was the staff, Zoe was amazing. She took care of us the whole time. We are very grateful for her. We highly recommend this stay!!!

If one is not a fan of walking or waiting for the bus, then you might want to find somewhere nearer within Oia.

It was a very good stay. We had 5 star treatment from our host, Zoe. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Zoe was very responsive. There is a bus stop right in front and you could stop there from Fira, or get the bus to Oia. Otherwise you can walk 15-20 mins .

It’s not really on the negative side, but installing a bidet on the toilet would probably be more convenient. Overall our room is very clean with enough facilities, and the space is enough for us, not too big/small.

The staff, especially Zoe/Nykos, were very friendly and helpful, and provided exceptional service not just during our stay but even before we arrived. They were very prompt and responsive on our requests/questions and helped us secure airport transfers and catamaran tour booking. More power to the team!

Fantastic location, 20 min away (scenic walk) from the heart of Oia. Zoe helped us multiple times with logistics and gave advices and good recomendations, she was a lovely host. The room was super clean, we got our towels renewed, the shower had good pressure. The view from the balcony was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing I don’t like. Just be mindful that when going back to accommodation from Oia - you either walk back 15mins or get a taxi . Bus will take you to Fira first then back to Oia and ask the driver to drop you off at Finikia . Last trip of bus is 10pm .

Comfortable wide bed. Clean . View from the balcony is a bonus. Exceptional host . Zoe and Niko very accommodating. They even fetch us in Fira town on arrival. Communication was excellent. Zoe gives us a lot of helpful information. Thank you guys.
