I had the apartment a little older and if modernized it would be even more cozy and comfortable. Too bad about the restaurant music below and the market prices, too high.

Everything was perfect. We booked one bedroom apartment, and the owner, Mrs Maria, gave us two bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and two balconies. The apartments are located right on the sea. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can see the sea from the bed when you wake up. Very quiet at this time of year. Everything was very clean, the beds are very comfortable. You can cook in the kitchen equipped with all the necessary. We had rented a car. Otherwise is quite difficult to get around the island. Two big supermarkets are 12 min away. The airport is 17 min away and Zakintho town is like 25 min away. We explored some amazing places in the island.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and had all the amenities needed. The view from the balcony is stunning from both sides and the beds are very comfortable and large. Definitely a place to keep coming back. Maria the manager is very kind and helpful.

The most incredible views from the terrace! Was a great location, right in the middle of a small town. We went to the restaurant below the apartment for dinner one night and it was the best meal we had in Zakynthos. The owner worked downstairs in the mini mart and was so nice and kind!

Hotel is in an exceptional location and as others have said, the views are incredible. The owners are just delightful - they also own the mini mart downstairs and so are always around if you need anything. The marketing shots make the rooms look more boutique than what they are however that shouldn't stop you staying there - it's more for you to set your expectations. Could do with a few more bits and pieces around the kitchen. Beds and pillows are comfy and the aircon works perfectly. Walking distance to Laganas Beach and the craziness that it holds. This location however, is perfect for those looking for something a little more relaxed. Recommend.

Everything was perfect. I dont think that the pictures here at Booking shows you how perfect is the view from the balcony. The host were really kind, they helped us booking a taxi from the airport and to the airport as well. There are 4 markets near the appartment, and a lot of restaurants. The beach is really nice and sandy. It is more of a relaxed area. Hopefully we can come back in the future.

They should present the real pictures.

The property is almost on the beach, that is why we choose it, we knew it from 2015 when we stayed there as well. It has an amazing view in the morning, day and night. Showers are running perfect, the air con is ok, but, seeing the pictures, i thought it was renovated, but not! The apartment has nothing to do with the reality. Anyways, the price that we paid is fair. They are cleaning the room, but not so often, last 3 days they did not enter the room

bed in second bedroom sagged in the middle. microwave had a grill but couldn’t use because too low from glass turntable metal turntable platform missing. pictures on website were a little misleading. no hammock on balcony and no sofa these were different apartments.

The noise from the restaurant till 1 am( wich was under our balcony) and in the to much early morning ( 4 or 5 am) the food trucks or the garbage truck were so noisy

The sea view, close to the beach, lots of restaurants near the apartment, supermarket to the ground floor. Miss Maria was so nice to us.

We could do with some more kitchen utensils,( a grater for example) as we tried to cook 3 times during our week. But we managed! :)

Amazing view from the balcony. I could sit there for ages, sip my drink, talk to my friends and enjoy my stay. The restaurant downstairs was a bonus, lovely food, and free music in our apartment every night. When I wanted to sleep before 1 am, I simply closed the balcony door and switched on the AC. It did the trick.

The hosts are super friendly and I felt very welcome by them. You can see that the owners enjoy their job and have lots of experience in hospitality. My flight was delayed, and I would have missed the check in time, but one of the owners waited for me with the keys for my room. Great service! I got a spacious room, which was very clean as well. The view from the balcony was also incredible! Thank you once again for the stay, I hope to return in the future.

NO heating, no washing machine, no tea, no cofee, not fully sound proof

Beautiful location and stunning views. Nice and clean apartment. All basics you need is there, exept of washing machine, tea, cofee, spices, etc. Market and Restaurant were closed before tourist season starts on 1st of May. It was cold, apt has no heating to facilitate cold April month. We were sorted quickly with extra blankets. There were some renovations and noise ongoing in downstairs restaurant. We would enjoy daily the sound of sanding machine and other knocking. Family owing complex leaves on site, they are always ready to help. Walls are thin, you can hear crying children next door, get your ear plugs if you are bad sleeper. No tea, cofee, sugar in the appartment, you need to get it yourself. Pity there is no washing machine. Laundry dries slowly in cold air. Enjoyed our stay and quiet season

Was not too happy with the noise from the restaurant at 4am in the morning I think maybe staff having a party bottles being thrown into the bin shouting and generally very noisy this was only a couple of nights but it was quite annoying we stayed last year in September we didn't have the noise then but for this would have scored a 10

The apartment is quite noisy. We could hear: loud people and cars in the street, the noise from the greek night from the restaurant across the street (thankfully there weren't many greek nights 🙏🏻), the noise made by the children from the apartment underneath us - running, crying, screaming, the footsteps on the hallway stairs. The bathrooms and kitchen need a complete renovation. One of the bathrooms had a very loud squeaky door, the shower curtains didn't seem clean at the bottom (moldy and sandy or maybe both), the sink and shower batteries are quite old and need replacements. The lack of a shower gel - it can not cost a fortune. Some of the towels (although clean) looked very used, one of them had a hole in it. The kitchen furniture was also quite old (90's feel). The handles from the cabinet doors were very loose. The kitchen battery was broken - we couldn't stop the dripping. The lack of bowls, kitchenware and a kitchen towel. The hob was an electric oldstyle on top of the counter - it took some time to boil eggs with it. The balcony had quite a few spider webs on the ceiling and had to be careful not to eat on the balcony because ants were present. The Wifi did not work - the signal was very weak.

First of all we enjoyed the amazing view from the balcony. The accomodation is in the proximity of restaurants, beach and shops (only a few steps away). Our apartment was cleaned every two days, we also received fresh towels every two days and the bedding was changed quite often. The air conditioning worked properly in both rooms. Having two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us the privacy we needed.
