Stayed about a week ago! The couple who run this are gorgeous, so kind and helpful. Room was stunning, and was cleaned every day for us. Location is perfect! Also went to the Mojito bar the couple own and it was amazing as well! 10/10

Really close to everything and a beautiful view. The facilities are great for price. The room gets serviced everyday and aircon works perfectly. A mini fridge in the room was also a great add. The owners are incredibly friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating.

My friend and I stayed at Palm for 4 days at the end of April 2025. Katerina and Frankie were excellent hosts - so warm and welcoming. The location was perfect - close to many restaurants, cafes, mini markets, and it is walking distance from the Port. Keep in mind that the walk from the Port to the hotel is all uphill. Palm is also minutes away from the top of the Chora where you can watch the sunset from the three churches including Hagios Georgios. Bring a bottle of wine and venture up at sunset or take in the pastel colours at sunrise. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the terrace offered a nice view of the town and ocean below. I would highly recommend Palm. Tip: We traveled at the end of April before tourist season kicks off at the end of May. Many restaurants and stores were closed. Ideal for those wanting to experience Ios before the chaotic party season begins.

Perfect Stay. No other way to put it. Perfect location, couldn’t get any closer to the center of town. Close to bus stop, grocery shop, restaurants, clubs, and also walking distance to many beaches. Exceptional hosts, Frankie and Katarina made us feel so at home, always stopped by for a chat to give us advice or ask us how our day was. We will really miss them and will be sure to return one day in the future hopefully. They also provided us with extra things that we needed over and above what was in the room like spoons and a kettle etc. The room was cleaned every day and had a stunning view overlooking the Chora.

It was all perfect.

Everything was absolutely amazing!!! The location was PERFECT! It was in walking distance from anything you could need including so many food places and cute shops. The bus stop was also a few minutes walk away! Franky and Katerina were so lovely and helped with anything we could need! They dropped us off to the port and gave us great advice about places to visit for our stay. The rooms were perfectly clean and the balcony had a beautiful view. I would recommend this to anyone!!

Our stay here was amazing! Franky and Catharina were the best hosts I’ve ever met. They were very very friendly and gave a lot of information about the island. Franky even picked us up at the port and showed us the way so we would’nt get lost. The room was well equipped and the airconditioning was a live saviour. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We would love to come back to this hotel!

Google Maps shows wrong path from parking area to the hotel. It should mentioned in the hotel description to avoid climbing a wrong path in a very hot weather with luggages . A bottle of water would be nice for the first day.

Location was great in the Heart of Chora very close to all bars cafes shops. But be aware all chora is on the hill there is no way to reach by car. People with limited Mobility shall take it consideration. Room and bathroom was Newly decorated. In the front of the room was sitting area with sea view.

Great location in the heart of the village. just a 5 minute walk down to the main st where the super market is and less than a 5 min walk to where all the hustle and bustle is happening but just far away enough to not have or hear all the foot traffic. The room was clean and comfortable. The owners Frankie and wife were just incredible, so accommodating and look after you like they are your children. Thankyou guys you are both amazing people.

The most incredible staff, the owners made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived in ios and were so accomodating! Our room was immaculate, it was great value for money and in a prime location.

Google maps does not show u the shortcut to the property. The hostess sent us a message a day before but we missed it and they were not responding in the morning so we had to take the bus and walk there. Google maps is not good at all in Ios. We suggest looking at the map to know the general direction and then just walking in that direction, u will get where u need in much less time. Once the hostess showed us the shortcut it was fine. Also we saw kitchen in the photos but there was no kitchen, only refrigerator.

The property was in a beautiful place and the walk to the bus station is like seven minutes and it’s beautiful.
