The location is in a walking distance from town centre. It has a big yard with lots of parking spaces. The room was well equipped.Everything was extremely clean. Vicky is amazing, very helpful.She recommended us very nice beaches and she gave us lots of tips. Our stay in Afytos was great!

I discovered a place like a fairyland Palatino is the location that Vicky, an ever-present person with extreme attention to detail, takes care of and offers those who cross her threshold a truly wonderful experience Besides the extremely beautiful and beneficial energy of the place, the cleanliness is one of the impeccable points of this place I found there the most beautiful and spectacular sunrises in the morning and appearances of the Moon in the evening! My family and I had a holiday where we recharged our batteries and for which we also thank Vicky who is always present to support the needs of those who cross her threshold In the morning you prepare your coffee on the espresso machine in a terrace of the house where you are greeted by flowers, messages of mindfulness and the song of birds in the quiet of the beginning of the day Thanks Palatino and Vicky!

The location is perfect, just a 5-10 min walk from the center of the village, very peaceful. The room was very clean, the linens were changed on 3 days. The entire place looks like a fairytale, the garden is amazing. The place has fun amenities like tennis and basketball courts, ping pong table and mini football plus a nice playground for children. The hosts were amazing, very helpful with everything, very pleasant, made our vacation really relaxing.

Maybe the kitchen equipment, I'd have enjoyed some more kitchenware and a little quantity of basic ingredients like salt, sugar, cooking oil.

Everything! Vicky and her family have been always smiling and eager to help us, they gave us a better room, they lended us an umbrella for the beach... The facility is great, clean, spatious... and you can see it is really cared for. There are flowers and plants, a hammock! Also, we enjoyed the basketball court, the table tennis, and the boargames. The location was also great for us, outside the bustle of the village and the cars jams.

Viki was friendly from the moment we entered premises. Beautiful landscape, basket/football field, great for kids and those who want a peace. Inside, the accommodation was cozy and thoughtfully arranged. Everything we needed was readily available, from kitchen utensils to clean linens. They left us a small gift, which made us feel instantly at home. Thanks to Vicki, Andy and Margarita hospitality and the charm of the place, we’re already planning our return.

I really recommend this hotel. Vicky and Andy are wonderful hosts who take wonderful care of their guest and help you to have a great stay in Afytos. The hotel is located a short walk from Afytos yet in a very quiet location. The garden is beautiful and a great place to relax. Our room had a beautiful view over the bay. The room is furnished and equipped with everything you need and Vicky was extremely kind, responsive to all the questions we had and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. She gave us a lot of good tips about the restaurants and beaches in the area. A big advantage is that there is plenty of parking spaces provided. It is 15-minute walking distance to the center of Afytos. We stayed there 2 nights and did not need to take our car at nights. The garden is simply amazing and the balcony in the room offers a magnificent sea view. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! We highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Palatino was incredible!!! Vicky made it to feels like home ❤️ Everything was perfect. The room, the view, the scent in the room is so fresh and so clean. There is everything you need, and if any case you don't have something that you needed, Vicky make it happen and you will get it. The place is so quiet and calm, but also a few minutes away walk from the town. It was truly nice and peaceful holiday, the best place to stay for someone who need serenity and only the sound of crickets. And that's what we needed! So, thank you soooo much for the most pleasant stay ever! We are happy, we have made some great memories and new friends, and we're looking forward to see you again(hope soon in Thessaloniki). It was super beautiful, colourfull and cozy. I loved the fountains, the blossiming flowers everywhere and the nice artsy atmosphere added to the huge yard with a full sized basketball and tennis court. Definitely would be back soon. Vicky and Andy are really nice and warm people and made us feel just like home❤️

I had a great stay in Palatino. My room (double room with sea view) was tastefully decorated and very well equipped. From the terrace I enjoyed coffee in the morning at sunrise. The garden is huge, with tables, fountains and playground for children. The place is not in the center of Afytos, which I really liked, because it was really quiet an relaxing. To the center of Afytos you can walk (10-15 min) or take the car and park in a big parking lot just outside the town, finding a spot was never a problem. The best thing about this place are the hosts: Vicky, Andi and sweet Rita (the dog) will make you feel at home. They live there, so they were always available and gave me plenty of good tips on things to do, where to eat and more. 12 out of 10!

Maybe the outdoor play area could be cleared a little more frequently (not dirt by the way) but falling leaves which I loved the effect ☺️ but could use some uplifting to take out it's full potential even more.

The peace and quiet there was, just what we were looking for. Vicky is fantastic very helpful and always greeting us with a smile. They were super friendly and patient with my children as well. Also the room was very clean and loved the smell of the clean sheets and towels ☺️. It is very close to all amenities and easy to access. Will definitely go again in the future.

Palatino is a little paradise, with a beautiful huge garden with lots of palms and flowers. It has the best sunrise! Cleanliness on high level, room smelled on freshly clean bed linen, very nice first impression when you enter. Location, not in the center of Afytos, but that's the beauty of it, to enjoy the tranquility. The owners, Vicky and Andy, so far, the best hosts. Whatever you may need, just ask Vicky and she will provide the information and answers to any questions. Also, she gave us suggestions for the best restaurants and nearby beaches for a great vacation. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Vicky and Andy!!
