Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GreeceThe property is all it promised to be. However, be aware of the fact that there is no access to food/drinks on the property, so make sure to get supplies from the closeby port/village (Gavrion).
A place to relax and wind down, near one of the nicest beaches in Andros (Fellos, unorganized beach) and a wonderful tavern (To Steki tou Andrea).

GreeceElegant peaceful private!!! Our suite was spotless and beautifully designed modern but with island soul. The garden was green, everywhere colorfull flowers and everything smelled like summer. Breakfast arrived each morning like clockwork, all fresh, homemade local pastries, and colorful plates full of flavor. We even tried having it inside the jacuzzi one day served on a floating tray it was a very playful and unforgettable experience :D A big sand beach is located nearby, just 8-10 minutes walk or 1 minute with the car, perfect for an early swim. But really, the true beauty was never outside it was in the calm that Ow Andros and their owner Nick and his staff creates. Thank you Nick for the beautiful goodbye memorable giveaway with the local oregano and the local raki (heart)(heart)(heart)

GreeceWe are selective travelers. We’ve stayed in various boutique hotels across Europe, and Ow stood out, not by being grand, but by being intentional. The architecture is minimal Cycladic and sophisticated, materials feel expensive and well-maintained, and nothing felt “tired” or outdated. It’s a place that understands the difference between decoration and design. There’s no restaurant yet, which we usually consider a downside, but in this case, breakfast made up for it. Not a huge buffet like in most hotels, but plated A la Carte, well-balanced dishes served at our preferred hour and not according to hotels breakfast serving policy. The ingredients were fresh, mostly local, and the presentation refined equal to a Michelin restaurant. The owner, Nikos, seemed kind, genuinely invested. He wasn’t always visible and that’s a compliment. He respects privacy, but his presence is there when needed

GreeceWe travel a lot, but this place stayed in our hearts. Everything is fresh, minimal and elegant. No plastic sunbeds, no generic buffet, no crowds, just peace, nature, elegance and beauty. Our private jacuzzi was so hot and clean, we stayed inside it every night enjoying our wine with music. Breakfast was like a Michelin brunch elegant, colorful, healthy, sooooo tasty and full of local flavor. Served on our terrace with flowers and love. Nikos, the owner, is the heart of this place. Not a hotelier, but an artist of hospitality.

CanadaLocation is rather remote if you're on the island to spend all day at the beach and the night at restaurants. There's one beach nearby, about a 10 minute walk and there's one very good restaurant about a 5-minute walk away, but if you want more than that it's a matter of lengthy cab rides. But if you're looking to be isolated in a remote location, this isn't a downside for you.
Gorgeous, spacious cool rooms. Very good breakfast. Wonderful personal service from a helpful and friendly host. Ideal destination for couples or anyone looking for a spa escape, theres massages, a wading pool and personal jacuzzi per room.

GreeceThere was no breakfast as the host informed us on arrival that this year there was no breakfast. Although it was clearly stated that there was breakfast available and a bar on the booking.com site and both booking and their website is full of pictures with people eating. There seems to be some fundamental problems in the suites like the temperature of the Jacuzzi could only be 50 degrees celsius. Luckily the next one to ours was not occupied and we used this. The well in the apartments was running out of water and the big pool was full of mud. One day the cleaner left our window open and as a result our bedroom flooded with water due to the irrigatation for the grass. The other day a cabinet broke. Something was going on with the starlink at the property and when inside you had to switch networks to get signal. There was also no cellular signal at the location with all 3 major Greek providers. All in all we had a good time, although we had a lot of small annoyances each day which for the premium prices should not have been present.
Suites are equipped to a high standard with expensive and quality items and white goods. The place is relaxing and spacious and the outside is beautiful.
