Bathroom small, shower area looked unfinished but after a long day we slept well and awoke refreshed.

Very conveniently close to port, ample off-road parking. Packeted breakfast (croissant) in room, free water and juice in room, 24 hour reception. Useful fridge and a/c worked well. Helpful concierge. We requested extra pillows and they came in 5 minutes… a good old fashioned Greek hotel.

I couldn't figure out how to switch the water from the tap to the shower head. Even if I did manage that, there was nowhere to mount the shower head.

Room was really nice, the design is very old-fashioned but I actually like it a lot. The beds are clean and comfortable, there's a fridge and air conditioning, a balcony. Staff are very nice and you feel that they truly care for the hotel and making customers feel welcome. Family run vibes. Price is fair compared with elsewhere in Igoumenitsa and significantly cheaper than Corfu. 24 hour desk is ideal if you want to arrive on a late night boat like I did. It's a very short walk from the port, it's literally right next to the port but it depends where your boat comes how far exactly it is to walk.

We had read some negative reviews before our stay, but honestly, none of them reflected our experience. This is a cozy, traditional hotel that’s clearly been run by the same family for a long time, and it shows—in the best way. There’s a warm, personal atmosphere that you don’t find in large or modern hotels and it was not expensive! Yes, the interior is a bit dated, but that’s part of its charm. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and nothing felt neglected. It really felt like staying at the home of good Greek friends, rather than at a commercial hotel. There’s something very comforting about that. We didn’t get the chance to try the restaurant, so we can’t comment on that, but there’s a lovely terrace that overlooks the marina with boats, which was a perfect place to relax. One of the highlights for us was the 24-hour reception. We arrived late from the ferry coming from Italy, and it was a huge relief to know that we could check in at any hour without any stress. The owners and staff were extremely kind and genuinely concerned with making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. That kind of care is rare nowadays. All in all, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a welcoming, no-fuss, authentic stay in Greece. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you—this place has heart.

This family-run hotel turned out to be a surprise. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Being located on the main road in front of the Port, we expected to have a restless night but the room was quite soundproof. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. For an Igoumenitsa hotel during peak season, the rates are reasonable. It is a basic Greek hotel but this adds to the charm.

Booked because of location. And as a Biker the Bike goes in a locked garage. Can't beat that !! And free water and soft drinks in room. As well there were snacks .All free.
