Amenities are a bit limited, a small well stocked bar, beautiful terrace and plenty of loungers - that's about it apart from the reception area. However given the size of the hotel, understandable. It doesn't occupy a big area and is literally a few steps down to the beach! Personally I would have appreciated a small pool as I'm not a big fan of sand and sea (nice to look at but too messy for me). However for beach devotees this is a perfect 10 lol.

This is a small (8 rooms) boutique hotel with a high staff to guest ratio. Their magic ingredient is a level of personal service and attention to detail that we have not experienced anywhere else in all our years of travelling - genuinely friendly, relaxed and professional from all members of their team, whatever their role. Breakfasts are truly exceptional with an extensive choice of freshly prepared and cooked plates.

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Theodore! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Theodore, and it truly exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the surprise birthday cake they organised for my partner – a thoughtful touch that really shows how much they care about their guests. It was such a special moment, and we are incredibly grateful for their kindness. The breakfast was another standout feature. Every morning, we were treated to a delicious spread with a variety of fresh and flavorful options that kept us coming back for more. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better – right on the beach with stunning views, yet peaceful and relaxing. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of space available along the street, making our stay even more convenient. If you’re looking for a place where you can unwind, enjoy top-notch service, and feel truly valued as a guest, Hotel Theodore is the perfect choice. We can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Theodore Boutique Hotel in Crete, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located directly on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea – the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are stylish and modern, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful atmosphere. However, the true highlight of our stay was the exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and genuine hospitality. The team went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, often anticipating our requests before we even made them. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our stay special. Everything was perfect - do not hesitate to book this hotel.

The hotel is perfect. Small one, adults only from this year (yay!), very nicely decorated. It was super clean, all amenities were there and replenished daily. The location is right on the beach, it is super quiet and there is a bar with snacks (which are amazing) and drinks. Breakfast was great, you get specials every day and a standard a-la-carte menu. Coffee was also great! Wifi worked pretty good, not super high speeds, but enough to stream Olympics :) But, what made a difference for us was the staff. They were so welcoming, warm, helpful and eager to talk and help us during our stay. Everyone was super nice, but we must mention Stella, Eleni and Giannis. Such nice people that genuinely want to help you in any way, or just chat. My wife and me are so happy that we chose this hotel, and we will for sure come back for this little piece of paradise in Crete.

Location (super touristic), I prefer calmer places (busy road on the backside) Bad wifi All in all the stay was close to 10/10. I gave 9 because u can also get something very good in Crete if u can't afford that pricing.

I would have to be incredibly fussy to find any real improvements to this hotel. its a tiny boutique hotel with only 8 rooms so if you're looking for somewhere lively or more of a party vibe then look elsewhere.

lovely decor, amazing staff, good quality and amazingly fresh food for breakfast and small snacks during the day, comfortable bed, great facilities and rooms with beautiful views, very good location which was out of the way enough to be peaceful and quiet but just a short walk to many restaurants and bars.

Exceptional and highly recommend. However, I have a couple of suggestions: • Replace plastic straws with bamboo or paper alternatives. • Provide larger pump dispensers for toiletries in the bathroom instead of multiple minis. These small changes would make a significant difference from an environmental perspective.

The hotel features a clean, modern, and minimalist design in a peaceful yet accessible location with stunning views. I loved that it’s named after Agioi Theodoroi, which is visible from the hotel. The delicious and wholesome healthy breakfast, made with locally sourced produce, was a highlight. Most importantly, the warm hospitality from everyone—the front desk staff, waiters, cleaners, and chef—was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt a unique and relaxed ambiance. It was exactly what I needed for a mini escape from reality. Thank you for a wonder stay, I hope to be back one day!

The fact that the hotel turns to adults only from 2024 (which I fully understand) still I can’t travel there with my little boy anymore :( The topper of the bed was a bit too soft for us so I didn’t sleep that well the first night . But then we simply took it of and everything was perfect again!

The first hotel I’ve ever been twice to. Amazing atmosphere, perfect beach, the best breakfast I’ve ever had, cosy , full of professional, polite, lovely, mindful people. A Big thank you to Mr. George and his team for this wonderful experience.

The outdoor bar area could be improved on with a little imagination, Some comfy chairs with good shade etc All in all, however a wonderful small hotel with best friendliest most helpful staff I've ever come across.
